Eastern Atlantic State Regional Council of Carpenters

The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council Pittsburgh Campus is home to both the Council Office that represents 6,000 + union carpenters in Western Pennsylvania and the Keystone Mountain Lakes Carpenters Training Center. Their state-of-the-art training facility is where carpenter apprentices complete a four-year tuition free program with six different skilled crafts including Commercial Carpentry, Floor Covering, Pile Driver/Dock Builder, Heavy Highway Construction, Millwright and Cabinetmaker/Millworker. Apprentices are trained in a combination of classroom/workshop and on-the-job training so that they are able to earn as they learn. The Eastern Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters represent a total of 42,000 union carpenters across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
