Chris Buccini is Co-President of The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. (“BPG”), and founder and President of BPG Real Estate Services, LLC, the entity responsible for BPG’s office, residential, retail, and parking management and leasing efforts. Mr. Buccini is responsible for the ultimate performance of the company’s commercial, retail, parking and entertainment activities, leading its acquisitions, financing, leasing, operations, and disposition efforts. Since joining BPG in 1999, Mr. Buccini has grown the company to over $4 billion in assets, including ownership of six million square feet of office and retail space, 6,500 hotel rooms, 2,000 apartments and four live entertainment venues. In addition, Mr. Buccini co-founded and is co-owner of Major League Soccer’s Philadelphia Union. Mr. Buccini is the founder and current member of the Board of The Light Up The Queen Foundation; a member of the Board of Trustees of Wilmington Friends School; on the Board of Directors of the Brandywine Conservancy, United Way of Delaware, and Wilmington Renaissance Corporation; and a member of the Delaware Business Roundtable, City of Chester Institute for Economic Development, and Hagley Museum and Library Council of Advisors. Prior to The Buccini/Pollin Group, Mr. Buccini was the Director of Acquisitions and Senior Vice President of Barrow Street Capital, LLC, a New York City-based real estate private equity fund which is an affiliate of Greenhill and Company. Prior to joining Barrow Street, Mr. Buccini was a Vice President at Eastdil Realty, where he was involved in the disposition, financing and development of investment quality office, retail, industrial, lodging and multi-family projects. Mr. Buccini received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University.

Vincent J. Delie, Jr. is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. After joining FNB in 2005, Delie assumed a variety of companywide executive leadership roles beginning in 2008. He became President of First National Bank in 2009 and subsequently was promoted to its CEO. He was named President of F.N.B. Corporation in 2011 and was then elected as CEO and joined the Board of Directors in 2012. In 2017, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of F.N.B. Corporation and First National Bank. Delie also chairs the Board’s executive committee. Delie has led FNB to execute on its organic growth and expansion strategy. In addition to completing 17 acquisitions, the Company has substantially built out its digital platform and significantly expanded its product capabilities. During his tenure, FNB has more than quadrupled its market capitalization, added multiple markets to its geographic footprint and produced sustained revenue growth and expanded profitability. Today, FNB is one of the 50 largest bank holding companies based in the U.S. by total assets. With broad-based financial services experience, Delie previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking at National City Bank. Throughout his career, he has held various leadership roles in areas including capital markets, investment banking, credit risk, wealth management, insurance and retail banking. He earned a degree in Finance from the College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University. Delie currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development and the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation. He also is involved in the American Bankers Association and Pennsylvania, South Carolina and West Virginia Bankers Associations, and he serves as a trustee for the New York City-based Committee for Economic Development (CED) of the Conference Board. Delie has received a number of honors, including the Industrialist of the Year Award (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®), the Adam Smith Distinguished Leadership Award (EconomicsPennsylvania), the John V. Heher Humanitarian Award (National Kidney Foundation) and a CEO Today USA Award, as well as being named an Innovator of the Year (American Banker). He has been named to several leadership lists, including the Pittsburgh Business Times’ Power 100 and Pennsylvania Business Central’s ranking of the Top 100 People. Under Delie’s leadership, FNB has won more than 100 Greenwich Excellence and Best Brand Awards and received more than 60 national and regional honors as a top workplace — including a Leadership award for Delie based on standout scores from employees (Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Top Workplaces). FNB additionally has been named one of America’s Best Banks by Forbes since 2011, which also highlighted FNB as the only bank on a list of companies putting people above profits during COVID-19.

As the Chief Investment Officer at NAI Burns Scalo, Christie brings a wealth of experience and expertise in navigating the complex landscape of commercial real estate investments. With a career spanning over 15 years in the real estate industry, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to identify strategic opportunities, optimize portfolio performance, and foster growth. Christie has closed in excess of $1 billion in financial transactions over the past 7 years. As a member of the executive team of NAI Burns Scalo, she plays a pivotal role in providing input and oversight of company operations, strategic planning and risk management.

Michael Polite brings expertise honed over more than three decades of developing affordable, mixed-income and market-rate housing in western Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio. From 2019 through 2020, prior to joining Beacon, Michael was Chairman and CEO of Catalyst Communities LLC – an affordable housing development company created by Michael and Beacon Communities. From 2009 to 2019, he was Chairman and CEO of Ralph A Falbo, Inc., where he identified and led projects creating 968 units with total development costs of over $200 million; preserved a mix of 1,005 family and senior housing units financed with permanent sources totaling $143,000,000 through a mix of tax-exempt bond/4% tax credit equity, 9% tax credit equity and market rate debt; and consulted on the economic development of low-income areas, resulting in over $50 million of investment.

Susheela Nemani-Stanger is the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh’s (URA) Executive Director. As the leader of the organization, she facilitates its mission to build a prosperous and equitable economy for all of Pittsburgh. Nemani-Stanger is the first woman and first person of Indian descent to hold the Executive Director position in the URA’s 77-year history. Before the URA, she served as Allegheny County Economic Development’s Deputy Director. While there, she managed the project-related divisions including development, business expansion and attraction, affordable housing development and planning, in addition to providing oversight over the tax diversion and abatement program unit. During a previous 13-year tenure with the URA, she directed the overall planning, financing, and implementation of significant mixed-use, transportation, infrastructure, and public space projects within the City of Pittsburgh. As the URA’s Director of Economic Development, she formulated public-private partnerships related to the City’s Tax Increment Financing and Parking Taxing Diversion programs and was instrumental in creating and financing the first Transit Revitalization Investment District in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. For a short time after the URA, Susheela led an effort for WQED’s partnership with the Black Equity Coalition and POISE Foundation to produce a COVID-19 vaccine hesitation public health campaign. A Pittsburgh area native, Nemani-Stanger returned to Pittsburgh to pursue a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs with a focus on urban and regional affairs after working in Philadelphia and Baltimore. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Mercyhurst University in Erie, PA. She lives in Squirrel Hill with her family.
