WHY THIS MATTERS

What You’ll Learn From Salt Lake City Commercial Real Estate Leaders At This Event:

  • How are current interest rate trends, as highlighted by Wells Fargo's prediction of sustained high interest rates through 2024, impacting real estate investment and development in Salt Lake City?
  • Which mixed-use developments are currently shaping Salt Lake City’s urban landscape, and what innovative features are they incorporating to meet the needs of modern residents and businesses?
  • The retail vacancy rate in Salt Lake City has fallen to a historic low of 3.9%, indicating strong demand. How is the imbalance between retail supply and demand impacting lease rates and tenant negotiations?
  • Salt Lake City has been ranked as the sixth-fastest-growing city for high-tech jobs in North America, with 22.9% growth in tech jobs in 2021 and 2022. How does this growth influence the demand for office space and the types of amenities tenants are seeking?
  • Salt Lake City is positioning itself as a key logistics hub, with a central location and strong transportation infrastructure. What advantages does it offer over other markets, and how can the city continue to attract national and international logistics companies?

How You'll Do More Business: Salt Lake City's commercial real estate market is experiencing significant growth, driven by a booming tech sector, a surge in industrial development and the city's upcoming role as a host for the 2034 Olympic Winter Games. Mixed-use developments are reshaping the urban landscape, attracting new businesses and residents with their vibrant, sustainable designs. Despite challenges such as rising construction costs and a competitive rental market, Salt Lake City offers unique opportunities for investors and developers looking to capitalize on its dynamic growth.

Who You'll Network With At This Discussion: Owners, developers, investors, brokers, public officials, architects, tenants, engineers and providers moving the market forward.
