Michael is the CEO of Kairoi Residential providing strategic direction and leadership across the entire corporate platform. He is a co-founder of the acquisitions and development partnerships in 2003 and 2006 respectively, as well as a founding partner of Kairoi. Michael has been deeply involved in the multifamily business as an owner and operator since 1995. His 23 years of experience make him an expert in the fields of multifamily management, investment, and development. Michael has invested in, developed, and disposed of more than $4.3 billion of real estate over the past 15 years. He has a valuable network of relationships with institutional joint venture partners, lenders and property owners which he has developed over his career. Michael graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance. He is the Chairman of the Board for Alamo Regional Mobility Authority as appointed by the Governor. In connection with his role as Chairman, Michael serves on the Alamo Area MPO Transportation Policy Board and in the San Antonio Mobility Coalition. He also serves on the Advisory Board for The Bank of San Antonio and The Bank of Austin. Michael plays a large role in the San Antonio business community as well having previously held the position of Vice Chairman and currently serving on the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. When Michael isn’t busy at the office or in the San Antonio community, he enjoys being on the lake, skiing, traveling, and listening to live music.'

Timothy B. Cone has a unique insight into the depth of the real estate development process. His 30 years of diverse experience performing as a developer, architect, project manager, and general contractor for multifamily housing, commercial, industrial, educational, and mixed-use projects ranging in size up to $400 million provides comprehensive understanding not available by each individual entity. This knowledge allows him to ensure that his projects are successful- financially, physically and aesthetically. Highlighted Experience Mr. Cone is the Vice President of Development for The NRP Group based in San Antonio. He is responsible for the developing market-rate premium multifamily communities throughout Texas. He also manages the development of market-ate communities through innovative public private partnerships. Mr. Cone is formerly President of Viridian Development Solutions- a professional service firm offering programming, site selection evaluation, architecture, estimating, bidding, negotiation, construction management and full development management. With Perez/Ernst/Farnet Architects in New Orleans, Mr. Cone was job captain for the $400 million Harrah’s New Orleans Casino (billed as the world’s largest) responsible for design and construction administration for the almost 1 million square foot building shell. He personally managed the company’s two major development projects; the $13 million Vicksburg, Mississippi Convention Center and the renovation of the state-owned casino in Mar Del Plata, Argentina. Leadership in the Community Mr. Cone has served as a Commissioner on the Historic and Design Review Commission for the City of San Antonio since 2004. He has served as chairman for three years and as vice-chair for three years. He served the City of San Antonio as a member of the Infill Development Task Force, River North Planning Team and Rio Guidelines Task Force and the Alamo Plaza Redevelopment Advisory Committee for the City of San Antonio. Patton K. Jones, executive managing director, ARA, A Newmark Company Central Texas office. Mr. Jones is responsible for the Austin and San Antonio conventional multifamily business, the ARA Newmark National Student Housing Group, and the ARA Newmark National Manufactured Housing Group. Mr. Jones oversees business development, market research, and all aspects of property disposition. The collective business lines produce roughly $800MM in sales annually. Prior to joining ARA Newmark, Mr. Jones was co-founder of an aviation parts company. He lived and worked in London and Hong Kong and was responsible for sales in 33 countries. The company grew 9,200% in 3 years and was winner of numerous business awards - ranked # 1 in "Houston's 100 Fastest-Growing Businesses" in 1999 by the Houston Chronicle, ranked # 7 in Dun & Bradstreet and Entrepreneur Magazine's "Hot 100, America's Fastest-Growing New Businesses 1999," and scored one of the Aviation Industries' best web sites rated by Forbes Magazine in 2000. Additionally, Mr. Jones's past work experience includes single-family patio home development, energy trading, and serving as an international sales manager for a Fortune 500 tech firm. Pat received his Political Science degree at the University of Texas at Austin.

Graciela Ybarra is Founder and CEO of Innovative Multi-Family Investments, LLC. She was a teacher by profession for over 20 years and started her real estate investment career in 2003 renovating single-family homes in California. With this experience, Graciela realized her dreams of passive income from owning and managing multifamily commercial properties in Texas, thus allowing her to leave the teaching profession in 2010. Graciela has applied her extensive experience to acquire and manage approximately 20 medium-large sized multifamily properties. She resides in Texas spearheading her business as well as heading up the IMFI property management company. Before forming Innovative Multi-Family Investments, Graciela founded and successfully lead other multifamily real estate acquisitions and property management companies as CEO of the Texas GVS Ideal companies. Graciela is an expert at managing property assets to deliver the most cash flow and equity to the investors, setting high standards for increasing rent collections and reducing expenses. Graciela has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and a Masters degree in Administration. She is focused and passionate about commercial investing and gives herself to the pursuit of teaching others about investing. She was honored with the first Hall of Fame award in 2010 from a leading apartment Investment author and trainer.
