Jerry Keeney began his real estate career in San Diego with CBRE in 1989. In 1993, Jerry relocated to Hong Kong where he worked with JLL, The John Buck Company and C.Y. Leung on behalf of global US tenants in the Asia Pacific region. In 1999, Jerry rejoined CBRE as Managing Director for the Hawaii region and he subsequently sold the Hawaii operations to the local brokers and the former Chairman / CEO of CBRE. In 2001, Jerry returned to CBRE and Cassidy Turley in San Diego to become a leading broker in the Life Science market. Jerry opened the San Diego office for Avison Young, the fastest growing commercial real estate provider in the United States. Jerry continues to support his life science clients including: GNF / Novartis, Nantkwest, Calibr, Kura Oncology, and Avidity Nanomedicines. Jerry is a graduate of the University of San Diego and continues to support the University with various causes.

Passionate about problem solving and working with others to build meaningful places, Brian Gracz began building great things at a young age, receiving a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Purdue University and pursuing a career in construction management. Brian has been a DPR employee since 1997 and his current role is business unit leader for DPR in San Diego. A LEED-accredited professional, Brian has a unique combination of technical prowess and leadership aptitude, which has been put to the test on technically challenging projects in a variety of industries. Having worked in the San Diego, Southern California and Mid-Atlantic regions, Brian has managed more than 20 successful projects for DPR, including the $642 million Palomar Medical Center (awarded Best Healthcare Project in the Nation by Engineering News-Record in 2012).

Martin L. Togni is a partner in the San Diego office of Allen Matkins with a practice focusing primarily on Life Sciences, representing a variety of landlords and tenants in the development and leasing of Life Science and Biotech projects. He has successfully completed major leasing transactions totaling more than 40 million square feet in California, the Midwest, and East Coast over the past 25 years, representing some of the nation's leading real estate and end-user companies. Martin also represents a wide variety of clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and ground leasing of shopping centers, industrial projects, office buildings and other commercial and mixed-use projects throughout the country
