Ms. Bryant joined Sares Regis Group in 1993 with responsibility for the Bay Area commercial property portfolio. She oversees Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and MIS activities for the company and closely monitors the performance of all active development and operating projects.

Ms. Alison M. Hill serves as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at Prologis, Inc. Ms. Hill served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of International Aviation Terminals Inc. (IAT) since May 1, 2007. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Development & Operations at ProLogis European Properties Fund. She serves as President of AMB Property Canada Ltd., the administrator of the Fund. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer for AMB Capital Partners, LLC. She has been with AMB since November 1999, and has led its portfolio management operation as well as its new product development. She served as Managing Director of Global Fund Management at AMB Property Corporation since September 2009. She served as Senior Vice President, private capital at AMB Property Corporation. Prior to joining AMB, she was an Attorney with Morrison & Foerster, where she counseled real estate clients.

Angelique Brunner is the Founder and President of EB5 Capital, a leader in the EB-5 investor industry, raising foreign capital for investment in job-creating real estate projects across the United States under the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program, which is overseen by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. EB5 Capital owns and operates a number of USCIS-authorized Regional Centers across the country, most notably in Washington, D.C., California, and New York, and has a portfolio of 13 current and completed projects, with six more in the pre-development phase. EB5 Capital has raised funds from immigrant investors in nearly 50 countries, maintaining a 100% project approval rate from the USCIS. Ms. Brunner was one of the first authorized Regional Center operators; among the first 15 of the approximately 800 that exist today. As President, she provides strategic direction and oversight to EB5 Capital’s real estate, marketing, and legal teams. Ms. Brunner is considered an industry expert, a seasoned and highly respected Regional Center operator, and a strong advocate for the EB-5 Program as a tool for economic development. She serves on the Board of Directors for Invest in the USA (IIUSA), the national EB-5 industry trade association, and was the Inaugural Chair of the IIUSA Policy Committee, which guides the industry’s communications with USCIS and other governmental agencies. In 2011, at the request of Senator Leahy’s (D-VT) office, Ms. Brunner submitted official congressional testimony in support of the EB-5 Program. She works closely with Marriott International and Hilton Worldwide in their efforts to make the EB-5 Program more effective. Ms. Brunner has also had the opportunity to speak at numerous conferences for industry organizations, including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), Urban Land Institute (ULI), IIUSA, SelectUSA, the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA), among others. Before founding EB5 Capital, Ms. Brunner spent more than a decade working in finance and investments for both public and private organizations focused on real estate and venture capital. Her past employers include: Fannie Mae, Neighborhood Development Company, National Capital Revitalization Corporation, CORE Capital Partners, and Public Financial Management. Ms. Brunner is a graduate of Brown University and holds a Master’s Degree in Policy and Economics from Princeton University, where she studied under Ben Bernanke, former chairman of the Federal Reserve. She also earned a Certificate in Urban Planning from the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University.

Amy Price is president of BentallGreenOak (BGO). In her role, Amy also co-heads the firm’s U.S. Investment Management business and oversees its Canadian Investment Management and Real Estate Services businesses. Amy is a member of the Management Committee, chairs the U.S. Investment Committee for the firm's core, core plus and separate account clients, and co-chairs the U.S. Management Committee. Amy also leads BGO’s equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives globally and chairs the firm’s EDI Leadership Council. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Amy was a managing director and head of real estate investing for the western U.S. at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Investment Committee member, and built the real estate investment management business in San Francisco. Amy also spent time in Morgan Stanley’s New York and Hong Kong offices. Amy is a member of the Global Board of Directors of Urban Land Institute (ULI), a member of the Board of Directors and Chair Emeritus of NAREIM, and a member of the Board of Directors of AFIRE. She is also involved in philanthropic endeavors, as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of San Francisco, the National Charity League with her daughter, and Service Corp with her son. Amy holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University.

Holly Neber is CEO of AEI Consultants, an international property consulting firm. AEI provides real property insights and solutions through environmental and property condition assessments, health and safety consulting, building performance evaluations, remediation and corrective action, and construction risk management from 25 offices in the US and Europe. Holly is the 2019 President of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network and past president of the National Engineering and Environmental Due Diligence Association (NEEDDA). Holly was named among RealShare’s California Women of Influence in 2015 and Bisnow’s Bay Area Power Women in 2016 and 2017. In 2018, Holly was named to the Real Estate Forum Women of Influence and Connect Media Women in Real Estate lists and honored with the Courage in Leadership Award at EDR’s PRISM Conference.

As Market Director for the Northwest Region, Elizabeth Hearle leads one of JLL's largest and fastest growing real estate platforms in the country. Her responsibilities include direct leadership of eight corporate offices in the Pacific Northwest and Northern California, as well as oversight of an additional 11 offices west of Denver. These offices cover service lines such as tenant representation, agency leasing, property management, project management, and capital markets/investment sales. In addition to regional oversight, Elizabeth identifies and leads strategic mergers and acquisitions for the West. Notable transactions she has guided over the last two years include the merger with Pacific Real Estate Partners, a regional brokerage with offices in Seattle and Portland, and the acquisition of Cresa Portland, a highly regarded tenant representation firm doing business in Portland. Cynthia A. Parker, President & CEO, is responsible for the overall direction of BRIDGE Housing, a leading nonprofit developer, owner and manager of affordable housing. She joined BRIDGE as President and CEO in February 2010, bringing over 30 years of diverse and relevant experience to the organization. She previously served as Regional President for Mercy Housing and President of Intercommunity Mercy Housing. Prior to her tenure at Mercy, she was Senior Vice President of Seattle-Northwest Securities, a public finance firm, where she oversaw affordable housing, commercial and public facility real estate financing in five Northwest states. A partial list of her real estate financial advisory clients includes: The Port of Seattle, Port of Olympia, City of Redmond and City of Seattle; the housing authorities of Portland, Everett, King County and Seattle (HOPE VI); the University of Washington, Pacific University, and the University of Portland; and the school districts of Edmonds, Seattle, and Portland. In Alaska, her clients included the Municipality of Anchorage and the Alaska Railroad. Ms. Parker established the Housing Office of the City of Seattle and served as the City’s Director of Housing under two separate mayors, with responsibility for the City’s housing investment strategies, $100 million annual capital budget and $824 million loan portfolio. Ms. Parker previously developed over 3,500 units in Oregon and Alaska with mixed financing. She assisted the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation with the design of both taxable and tax-exempt housing bond programs and has provided syndication services for tax-credit placements. A former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, Ms. Parker has chaired the Sound Families Initiative for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and currently serves as a director of the National Affordable Housing Trust, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines, Housing Partnership Network, Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future, the Beneficial State Foundation and the Non-Profit Housing Association of Northern California, and is on the Board of Governors of the California Housing Consortium. Ms. Parker is a graduate of Portland State University.

With more than 38 years of experience, Kay is a recognized expert on workplace design and strategy issues. She is an award-winning designer who has worked with several Fortune 500 companies to optimize their global real estate portfolios and create innovative work environments based on their unique organizational DNA. As Co-Director of HOK’s WorkPlace team, a practice that supports organizations undertaking multiple projects in various locations, and a member of HOK’s Board of Directors, Kay is responsible for helping clients redefine how, when and where their people work, and supports a holistic design approach that integrates an organization’s people, processes, and technology. She was recently selected from her field of peers to provide Congressional Subject Matter Expert Testimony to the U.S. House of Representatives on “Federal Real Estate Post-COVID-19: A View from The Private Sector.” In 2020 Kay was named ASID’s Designer of Distinction for the year. Kay is considered an industry thought leaders on workplace. She has authored multiple white papers and articles on a variety of design related topics including wellbeing; next gen workforce; technologies impact on the workplace; space fusion and the rise of the human factor. In 2021 Kay was elected to both the ASID and the IIDA College of Fellows and inducted into the 2022 SCN Hall of Fame, celebrate contributions to the AV/IT industry. In 2022 Kay was recognized by both Melwood and IFMA for her continued research and efforts to bring awareness to DEI initiatives and the needs of the neurodiverse community. Kay was awarded the IFMA Distinguished Author Awards for her research and whitepapers on Neurodiversity and was awarded the first Melwood Ability Awards - Inaugural Accelerator Award for her efforts to raise awareness about the needs of the Neurodiverse. Katie is Vice President of Development, responsible for managing the entitlements and development of Build Inc projects. Real Estate Development Director in San Francisco. Recently closed $33M construction loan on a 94-unit residential project in San Francisco. Obained $13M in grant money for project equity. Obtained project entitlements for a 196-unit mixed-use residential project in San Francisco, along with the 94-unit project. Knowledgeable with alternative financing including bond finance and tax credit deals. Performed condominium conversion and successfully completed the subdivison mapping process. Familiar with historic preservation issues including working with NPS and SHPO.

Kim joined Harvest Properties in 2021 and is responsible for managing the entitlements and execution of development projects, as well as sourcing new development opportunities for the firm. Kim brings with her 25 years of experience in in all aspects of the development process, from land acquisition, entitlement processing, community outreach, and project implementation and execution. Prior to Harvest, Kim was Managing Director of Trumark Urban, in San Francisco, where she oversaw all development activities for Trumark Urban’s projects, both in Northern and Southern California. Prior to joining Trumark Urban, Kim was Principal and Co-Founder of 7×7 Development, a community-focused real estate development and investment firm. Kim holds Master of Arts in Urban Planning at UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree from Tufts University, with a concentration in urban design and planning. She currently sits on the Board of the Urban Land Institute’s San Francisco District Council, and served as the Past Chair of the District Council. Kim is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, and was the Chair of the Board for Lao Family Services, a social services organization focused on immigrant and native-born communities across the Bay Area. Kim happily resides with her doughnut enthusiast husband, and two kids in San Rafael. She enjoys hiking, dancing, and exploring all the beauty of the Bay Area.

Meg Spriggs joined Shorenstein in 2013. She is responsible for overseeing multifamily housing transactions for the Shorenstein family. This includes sourcing and evaluating, as well as financing, acquiring, entitling, developing, managing and divesting of assets, and supporting other Shorenstein professionals in the evaluation and execution of mixed-use projects with a multifamily component. Ms. Spriggs has received recognition as an innovative and influential business leader, most recently she was among the San Francisco Business Times’ “Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business” for years 2014 and 2015, and in 2013 she was in the top 40 list for the Bay Area’s brightest rising stars under the age of 40. Ms. Spriggs is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Lambda Alpha International, and the San Francisco Urban Planning and Research Association. Ms. Spriggs also serves on the board of directors for the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, and is a founding board member of ArtCare, in support of the public and civic arts programs of the San Francisco Arts Commission. Prior to joining Shorenstein, Ms. Spriggs was a vice president of development for AvalonBay Communities, Inc. where she was responsible for land acquisition, design, entitlement, and permitting, as well as oversight of the construction and lease-up of multifamily properties in the San Francisco Bay Area region. Ms. Spriggs graduated from University of Oregon with a B.A. and from Columbia University with an M.S.

Deborah Boyer is Executive Vice President, Director of Innovation and Community Impact. Deborah leads the company’s future focused initiatives in key areas including evolving workplace, sustainability, wellness, and community impact, through a comprehensive platform called h3experiences. Prior to taking on her current role, Deborah was responsible for the company’s national portfolio as Director of Asset Management. Deborah joined The Swig Company in 2005 with over 20 years’ experience with major real estate owners and investors, providing her with a broad background in mixed-use commercial real estate. Her strategic management and positioning of Swig portfolio assets have been instrumental in placing the company at the forefront of emerging trends in the industry. Deborah’s current board affiliations include SPUR, Global Workspace Association, CRETech, Carbon Lighthouse, Liquid Space, and the Uptown/Downtown Oakland Community Benefit Districts. Leina has over 21 years of experience in the real estate, facilities and construction industries. She attended Nebraska Wesleyan University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Immediately after college she entered the construction industry in an executive internship program with the General Services Administration (GSA) where she oversaw two million square feet of federal office and courthouse space. Throughout her career, Leina has held many executive positions including Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a mid-sized general contractor, and later held the role as co-leader of the San Francisco office for another bay area based general contractor. Prior to working in commercial construction, Leina spent her career running commercial real estate and facilities for various corporations in the Bay Area. A passion for community involvement is evident in Leina’s work outside of the office. She’s the founder and president of a business networking and philanthropy organization for women in the commercial real estate industry in San Francisco and Silicon Valley. She has held leadership positions with the following organizations: USGBC SV, CoreNet Northern California Chapter, IFMA SV and BOMA SV. Leina also served on the Editorial Board of The Registry. Leina was named Silicon Valley Women of Influence in 2011 by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, and was also named Northern California Real Estate Women of Influence by the San Francisco Business Times in 2011. Leina has earned multiple designations in her field, including LEED AP in interior design + construction. Leina has lived in the Bay Area for most of her life and currently lives in the Peninsula with her husband and three daughters.

Before joining Wilson Meany, Janice led the development of Pier 1 — an award-winning historic rehabilitation project on San Francisco’s waterfront — in her role leading AMB Corporate Real Estate Advisors as a part of the development group at AMB Property Corporation (now Prologis). While there, she also represented clients in the acquisition and disposition of assets, portfolio evaluation and lease negotiations. Prior to that, Janice was a partner at Trammell Crow Company in Southern California.

Before joining the A’s, Tan was Senior Vice President and U.S. Head of Development at Bentall Kennedy, one of North America’s largest real estate investment advisors. During her tenure, the company invested in the development of more than $3 billion of mixed-use commercial, multi-family, and logistics projects throughout the U.S. Tan has additional experience as Executive Vice President and Director of Northern California Operations at Related California, where she opened the office and built up a $2 billion pipeline of affordable and mixed income, mixed use developments throughout the Bay Area. Her work included successful partnerships with Oakland based non-profit EBALDC, the Oakland Housing Authority and Acts Full Gospel Church on community redevelopment projects in East Oakland. She was also the Executive Vice President at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, where she led teams focused on all aspects of the development and financing of mixed income and affordable housing communities, as well as large scale redevelopment efforts throughout California, including Chestnut Linden, Mandela Gateway and Central Station in West Oakland, MacArthur BART, and St. Josephs in East Oakland. During her tenure at BRIDGE, she oversaw the development of $3.5 billion of affordable and mixed income housing, pedestrian-oriented commercial space, and community facilities. Throughout her work and volunteer career, Tan has worked with nonprofits and local organizations to effect positive change focused on raising the quality of life and increasing opportunity in lower income communities. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the S.H. Cowell Foundation; SPUR; and Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. She is a former longtime volunteer at EBALDC, serving on its Board of Directors and its Real Estate Committee. She is also a member of the Dean’s Advisory Council for UC Berkeley’s College of Environmental Design, and the Stanford Real Estate Council. Tan and her husband are Resident Fellows at Stanford University, where they work to create an enriched residential experience for 270 undergraduate students. Tan holds a BA in Architecture from University of California, Berkeley and a MBA from Stanford University. She is a Registered Architect in California.

Ms. Treaster is a Senior Vice President in The John Buck Company’s Development Group. As co-head of the West Coast office, she identifies and executes new investment opportunities. She leads the development team through feasibility, design, entitlements, site acquisition, budgeting, and project execution. Prior to joining The John Buck Company, Ms. Treaster spent 9 years at Hines as Director who was responsible for managing the development of Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, California. In addition to her work on the Tower, She also contributed to the development, acquisitions and leasing of more than 3M square feet of commercial real estate representing value in excess of $1.5 billion.

Kristin Anderson is the President/CEO for Eric F. Anderson, Inc, her family’s 78 year old construction business based in San Leandro, CA. Kristin joined the company in 2008, following a career in mechanical engineering. Kristin and her mother, Leona, took over the business after the passing of her father in 2010. Since then, Kristin has been passionate about continuing the family’s legacy as the 3 rd generation and being a Women-Owned Business. Under her leadership, the company has grown into three divisions – Construction, Cabinetry and Service. Kristin is a recent Past President with the San Leandro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, is an active member of the Northern California Planning Committee for ICSC, and sits as the Marketing Committee Co-Chair with CREW East Bay. Kristin lives in Oakland, CA, with her 13-year old, Emery.

Gaye is responsible for the execution of Westlake’s Development activities including governmental entitlements, strategic planning, site evaluation and project feasibility analyses. She is also directly responsible for the redevelopment of Westlake’s Kirkham Heights residential project in San Francisco. Prior to joining Westlake, Gaye served in senior management positions in Bay Area real estate development firms and she has managed the design, development and governmental entitlements for several million square feet of commercial real estate, including retail, industrial, office and residential projects. In addition to over 14 years of experience in the private sector, Gaye brings the unique perspective of having served as a Planning Director in three Bay Area cities: San Mateo, San Leandro and Emeryville. Gaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University.

Catherine House, CRE, FRICS, CCIM, is the SVN National Healthcare Chair of the 2,000+ commercial real estate brokerage firm SVN. As Chair she is responsible for coordinating healthcare related commercial real estate activities, in particular, medical & dental office buildings and seniors housing (ALF’s, SNF’s, MC, etc.) throughout the company. She is particularly known for her experience in the acquisition and disposition of medical & office buildings, medical condominiums and neighborhood commercial buildings throughout Northern California. She is also a frequent industry speaker on the commercial real estate industry, with a focus on Healthcare. In 2021 she was invited to become a Counselor of Real Estate. In 2010, San Francisco Business Times named her one of the “Most Influential Women in Business in the Bay Area”. Catherine’s career in commercial real estate began in 1993 in London, England where she graduated as a Chartered Surveyor and worked for CBRE until she was recruited to this country in 2001. Much of her success in the real estate field can be attributed to her early years of training as a Chartered Surveyor as well as her subsequent designation as a CCIM, conferred upon commercial real estate leaders with a proven record of success in the field as well as mastery of financial, market, and investment analysis. At SVN she is one of the top producing brokers, ranked in the top 10% of over 1,600 brokers+ nationally every year since she joined. Catherine earned her real estate degree (BSc. Hons.) in commercial real estate (valuation, law and construction) at South Bank University, London, England.
