Mr. Kennedy grew up in the East Bay, and attended Claremont McKenna College, majoring in Economics and English. He is a former member of the Carpenters Union and Steelworkers Union, and the California Bar. After college, he worked as a contractor, and then attended Harvard Law School and MIT, graduating with a J.D. and a Masters in Real Estate Development. Early development work included building his own house, and renovating several small commercial properties. His hobbies include open water swimming and ultra-light backpacking, both of which have furnished surprising insights into his work in development.

Hitesh Kshatriya serves as Vice President of Technical Sales and is responsible for design, training, and sales engineering for the Americas market. Hitesh has over 15 years of experience in the wireless network densification industry spanning such disciplines as RF Engineering, Sales and Operations. His multidimensional experience enables him to understand the customer needs and implement processes to improve upon technical aspects of the project, provide industry relevant training and streamline the order fulfillment process thereby improving customer satisfaction. Prior to joining SOLiD, Hitesh was an RF Engineering manager at Rizzo Consulting, Inc., a national wireless engineering firm.

Manuel Fishman focuses his practice on representing real estate developers and owners in the acquisition, sale, and financing of commercial properties. In addition, he has an active leasing practice representing owners of several major office buildings in San Francisco, including the Transamerica Pyramid, as well as tenants in lease and sublease transactions. His expertise includes letters of intent, tenant improvement work agreements, security deposits/letters of credit, signage rights, expansion and contraction rights, permitted transfers, operating expense audits, and lender and master landlord recognition agreements. Mr. Fishman maintains close relationships with the real estate brokerage community and utilizes these relationships to provide clients with market based information important to their existing and prospective real estate requirements. Mr. Fishman also has extensive experience in the area of ground leasing and retail leasing and is recognized as a leading attorney in the area of landline and wireless communications and Internet-based services in commercial properties and rooftop installations. In addition, Mr. Fishman acts as outside general counsel to start-ups that seek to leverage some part of commercial real estate into a tech application, and helps guide these companies in their efficient use of legal time and expertise in various subject matters, from employment and IP to enterprise contracts and web site privacy policies. Mr. Fishman also represents clients in equity structuring for, and the acquisition of, value add properties, including the formation of single purpose entities and joint ventures, and acquisition financing. Mr. Fishman has negotiated numerous construction management, project development and property management agreements relative to ground up development projects, as well as all types of easements and other adjoining owner agreements. Mr. Fishman serves as chair of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of San Francisco’s Government Affairs and Policy Advisory Committee (GAPAC). He served on BOMA San Francisco’s Board of Directors from 2003–2006, and was the recipient of the 2006 Associate Member of the Year from BOMA San Francisco. He is the past representative of BOMA San Francisco to the California BOMA Board. Mr. Fishman is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Property Sections of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Most recently, Mr. Fishman has been recognized as a 2017 Best Lawyer in America in Real Estate Law, an honor he has received since 2007, and was recognized as a 2014 Top Rated Lawyer by American Lawyer Media in conjunction with Martindale Hubbell. He has also been recognized as a Northern California Super Lawyer from 2012-2016 and as one of Bay Area Magazine’s Top Lawyers in the Bay Area. Carlos Cristerna

With over 15 years’ experience in the architectural visualization industry, Carlos has helped Neoscape streamline not only traditional 3D production processes, but he has also pioneered new technologies and incorporated them seamlessly into the studio’s offerings. As the studio’s Rad Lab Director, Carlos leads Neoscape’s efforts in research and development. In this role, he explores and implements new creative technologies, products, and ideas, bringing them to life to solve real client problems. He strategizes complex internal projects, selecting appropriate solutions while working with Neoscape production teams to ensure objectives and timelines are met. His extensive experience with traditional 3D visualization combined with industry innovation makes him an oft-sought panelist and finalist for multiple architectural illustration awards annually. Recently, he collaborated with Unreal Engine on a video feature about how Neoscape has built a powerful pipeline, using Unreal Engine and Datasmith, for delivering a unique range of services to drive real estate brand strategies. Carlos also served as president of the American Society of Architectural Illustrators (ASAI) in 2016, and he was a featured speaker in recent years at Autodesk University, RenderIT Mexico and Colombia, as well as a 2015 ASAI presentation in Toronto. Carlos graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was Head of Sustainability, Lendlease Americas, where she provided leadership and management oversight in developing, implementing and driving Lendlease's corporate sustainability framework in the Americas region. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President, Sustainability at Kilroy Realty Corporation. Under her leadership, Kilroy was recognized as a leader among publicly traded real estate companies on sustainability in the Americas by GRESB for seven of the last eight years as well as being recognized by NAREIT, and achieved carbon neutral operations at the end of 2020. She is a LEED Fellow and holds a BS from Stanford and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Kristy Davis

Truebeck Construction is a local, full-service general contractor specializing in technical building, complex projects, and interiors. Before joining Truebeck, Kristy was the Structural Steel Specialist for the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) in the San Francisco market. As a native of Tennessee, Don attended Herff College of Engineering as well as the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis. Don owned and operated a engineering company designing and installing large sound reinforcement systems as part of the commercial contracting industry. In 1983, Don joined the family’s residential construction company Bowden Building Corp. as COO responsible for accommodating growth from constructing 100 single-family detached homes per year and increased that business to over 500 homes per year. The company acquired, implemented and maintained the FAST software solution for homebuilders across our entire organization, as well as an internal Argos CAD department. In addition, the company implemented one of the first “command post” scheduling operations in the country at our construction company and leveraged that to build over 500 homes a year. In March of 1999 the company was sold for $11 million. Since then Don founded a real estate company in operation today and has been an active member of the blockchain community in his town of residence, San Francisco.
