Cutter MacLeod is currently a Director of Asset Management with Brookfield Properties, overseeing Brookfield’s approximately 3MM sq. ft. Bay Area office portfolio. Previously at Brookfield, Cutter oversaw the development of the 650,000 sq. ft. 415 Natoma Street office building at the 5M Project and the 1.8M sq. ft. of commercial office/ life sciences components at the Pier 70 Project. Prior to joining Brookfield, Cutter worked in commercial office leasing in San Francisco in which he helped negotiate over 2MM sq. ft. of office leases on behalf of institutional owners and notable technology tenants. He holds a master of real estate development from the University of Southern California and received a BA from the University of San Francisco. Cutter is originally from Malibu, CA and enjoys mountain biking, surfing, and spending time with his wife and two children.

Andrew Kawahara is co-founder and Principal of KASA Partners. KASA Partners is a full-service real estate development company focused on residential and office mixed-use projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. Andrew’s experience in development, corporate real estate, architecture, and urban planning spans over 25 years. As a developer, Andrew has been involved in some of the most complex real estate projects and transactions in the Bay Area. His experience includes entitlements, community and stakeholder outreach, capital formation, design, construction management and stabilizing operations. He is currently developing an 800-unit multifamily project in South San Francisco. Prior to KASA, Andrew was Senior Vice President of Myers Development Company where he led and managed the development of residential and office projects totaling more than $800 million. Prior to Myers, Andrew was with Jones Lang LaSalle in Silicon Valley. Andrew is a member of the Urban Land Institute and on the Board of Trustees for Mark Day School in Marin. He is a graduate of Harvard University and California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

John Santry is the Senior Vice President, California and leads the Costa Mesa office within Ledcor Development LP. He has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and his depth of experience includes all facets of real estate development and acquisition including site selection, due diligence, market research analysis, contract negotiation, financial modeling and development analysis, as well as project entitlement, design consultant team management and project financing. His expertise also includes construction oversight, property management oversight, asset management, and property dispositions. Prior to joining Ledcor Development in February 2020, Mr. Santry served as an executive vice president for Shopoff Realty Investments from 2013 to 2020. Mr. Santry was a principal with Santry Development LLC, a company he founded in 2009, where he pursued acquisition and development opportunities, as well as assisted a variety of clients with real estate consulting needs and development project management. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Santry was vice president of the apartment division for Intracorp, where he created the apartment development and acquisition platform for Intracorp’s Southern California office. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Santry served as the regional partner for JLB Partners, establishing the Southern California office, which was one of seven regional offices. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Santry was a regional vice president and development partner with Legacy Partners. Before moving to Southern California in 2003, Mr. Santry resided in Dallas, Texas and was the regional development manager for JPI Development’s Texas region. Mr. Santry has participated at various professional levels in the acquisition, entitlement, development, construction, lease-up and disposition of approximately 19,000 residential units in Texas, Colorado, New Jersey, Bay Area, and Southern California. Prior to his career in real estate, Mr. Santry served four years on active duty as an infantry officer in the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Captain. Mr. Santry holds a B.A. in History from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas, and an M.B.A from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.

Scott Heimes is the Chief Revenue Officer for NINE dot ARTS, a Denver-based art consulting and curation firm that helps real estate developers, architects, and designers create one-of-a-kind places by curating art from local and emerging artists. Heimes also sits on the Board of Directors for mPulse Mobile, a health engagement technology company based in Los Angeles. Heimes has been a 4-time CMO, helping create billions of dollars of enterprise value over his career. Previously, Heimes was the CMO at the business texting software and API provider Zipwhip, where he helped grow the company from $25M to $185M in ARR and was acquired by Twilio for $850M. Prior to that, Heimes was the CMO at the email API company SendGrid, where he helped grow the company from $20M to $145M and drive a successful IPO in 2019. SendGrid was acquired by Twilio in 2020 for $2B. Heimes was the CMO at ecommerce platform provider Digital River when it was sold to private equity firm Siris Capital for $840M in 2015, and prior to that he was CMO at digital health management company WebMD Health Services where he helped grow the company to over $100M in ARR. Prior to joining WebMD, Heimes was the SVP of Consumer Solutions for OptumHealth, a $5B health management and well-being services company that was one of six operating companies within UnitedHealth Group. Heimes led OptumHealth’s direct-to-consumer media and e-commerce businesses, its interactive health management and private portal solutions, and Carrot, the company’s consumer engagement services agency. Previously, Heimes was SVP of Marketing & E-commerce for the Enterprise Services Division of UnitedHealth Group (composed of OptumHealth, Ingenix and Prescription Solutions businesses) and Vice President of Marketing & E-commerce for Ingenix. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group, Heimes was Group Manager of Interactive Marketing for Target Corporation, where he oversaw the marketing planning and strategy for Target’s interactive marketing and innovation efforts, including Target.com and 35 other Target-branded web experiences. Heimes has also held several prior executive marketing and editorial management positions, including President of the interactive content agency Virtucom Content Solutions, Chief Content Officer for e-catalog services company Pacifiq Technologies, Vice President of Business Development for the live event production consulting company Event Think, and Editor-in-Chief of Presentations magazine. He holds a degree in English literature from the University of St. Thomas. He and his wife Teri live in Seattle, WA.

A name partner of the firm, Anton N. Natsis is Chair of Allen Matkins’ Real Estate Department and is one of the top real estate attorneys in the United States. His practice focuses on development, leasing, purchase and sale, and portfolio investment sales transactions involving office, retail, and industrial projects, as well as arbitrating numerous fair market value disputes, CAM disputes and other significant landlord/tenant disputes. Tony is continually sought out by some of the largest national land owners, such as J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Blackstone Real Estate, Brookfield Properties, HCP, Vornado Realty Trust, Regent Properties, The Irvine Company, Boston Properties, Equity Office Properties, Kilroy Realty, Inc., Beacon Capital Partners, MPG Office Trust, Kamehameha Schools (The Bishop Estate) and Westfield Corporation. He represents many governmental entities, including the LAUSD, State of California, and City of Anaheim. Tony is also frequently retained as counsel for major national office tenants, such as AT&T, Citicorp, the FDIC, AIG, The Walt Disney Company, and the Los Angeles Times. A frequent lecturer and author, Tony is the chief consultant for the California Continuing Education of the Bar Commercial Leasing Series, the legal education reference book on leasing for California attorneys, is an adjunct professor of law at Loyola Law School for a course covering commercial real estate transactions, and has spoken before such national real estate groups as ULI and BOMA. Tony is a founding board member of The Ziman Real Estate Center, which is governed under the joint auspices of the UCLA Anderson School of Business and the UCLA Law School. In the past decade, Tony has closed commercial office leases exceeding 50 million square feet. He has worked on real estate purchase contracts with a total consideration of more than $30 billion and on development transactions with a total consideration in excess of $25 billion. Since 2006, Tony has represented clients in office building portfolio investment sales transactions involving over $75 billion of consideration. One of Tony's most significant transactions is the largest real estate acquisition deal in the history of the United States. He provided extensive real estate services in connection with Blackstone Real Estate's purchase of Equity Office Properties Trust, at that point the largest owner of office space in the U.S. other than the Federal Government, for $43 billion. Subsequently, Blackstone contracted to sell over 50% of the properties it purchased with such sales closing in the first and second quarter of 2007. Tony assisted Blackstone in its acquisition due diligence related to EOP and the subsequent sales of the properties. The transactions related to this deal included Maguire Properties' purchase of Blackstone/EOP in Orange County for $2 billion, Irvine Company's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Diego for $1 billion, Morgan Stanley's purchase of Blackstone/EOP in San Francisco for $2.5 billion, and Beacon Capital Partners’ purchase of Blackstone/EOP Seattle for $6.3 billion.

With more than 15 years of real estate experience, William Lu serves as senior vice president and market officer for CA’s industrial division. In his role, William is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of the division’s growth across the West through deal pipeline generation and market strategy creation. Prior to joining CA, William served as senior vice president for CenterPoint Properties, where he was responsible the development department across the West including the Greater Los Angeles, Oakland and Seattle markets. There, William was responsible for setting strategic goals for the western United States region, recruiting and managing a regional team, ensuring execution of corporate goals, working with the investments team on acquiring stabilized assets, sourcing development sites and serving as the primary point of contact for brokers and tenant for development projects. William has also served as a vice president at Conor Commercial Real Estate where he was responsible for managing development projects in the California/​Nevada market, including land selection and acquisition, feasibility/​underwriting, entitlements, financing, development/​construction, leasing and disposition efforts. He has also held roles as a project manager with Pulte Homes and a senior staff manager with AMEC Earth & Environmental. William earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of California at Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business.

Delphine Prévost joined the Port of Oakland in 1997 as a project manager for the Port’s Environmental Division, managing the Port’s dredging program and the redevelopment of the 400-acre former Oakland Naval Supply Center. Ms. Prévost then went on to work in both the private and non-profit sectors on a variety of Bay-Delta resource and real estate development projects. In 2007, she returned to the Port of Oakland as a senior project manager in the Maritime Division of the Port, responsible for managing a number of infrastructure projects. Ms. Prévost is currently Manager of Administration and Finance Services for the Port’s Maritime Division. Her areas of responsibility include marine and rail terminal leasing, management of rates and charges, implementation of select infrastructure projects, and various programmatic initiatives. Ms. Prévost holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Science from the University of California Berkeley, and a Master of Business Administration from McGill University in Montreal, Québec.

Anthony Cataldo brings over 15 years’ experience in commercial architecture including retail, office, medical, and industrial projects to Lowney Architecture. He is a Licensed Architect in the State of California as well as a LEED AP, and has been actively involved with the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and was President of the East Bay Chapter in 2012. Building Design and Construction magazine named Anthony one of the top 40 under 40 in 2014. Anthony understands, and is perfectly aligned with, Lowney Architecture's culture of design excellence, professional collaboration and community engagement

Matt Kennedy joined ARCO/Murray in 2021 and currently serves as Director of Business Development. He is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with commercial real estate industry professionals, specifically focusing on warehousing, distribution and manufacturing, both in Northern California and in the neighboring regions. Prior to joining ARCO/Murray, Matthew was at Tensar International Corporation, a provider of specialty products and civil engineering service, most recently serving as the Strategic Sales Manager in California. Matthew is a graduate of Georgia College and State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics.

Connor Kidd is President and CEO of The Swig Company and has over a decade of institutional commercial real estate experience. Connor joined The Swig Company in 2009 with the Investments Team and led the Asset Management team since from January 2019 until September 2023. Throughout his career, Connor has participated as a principal in transactions of over $5 billion in value, comprising over 6 million square feet and over 500 multifamily units. Before joining The Swig Company, Connor held real estate positions at Hunter Properties, AMB Properties (now Prologis), and North Star Realty Finance. Connor has a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from Stanford University. He is an active member of the San Francisco NAIOP chapter and a member of the Stanford Alumni Real Estate Counsel (SREC).

Maggie Kadin joined Tishman Speyer in 2016 and currently oversees the Mission Rock development in San Francisco. She joined Tishman Speyer in New York before moving to San Francisco, initially working on the LUMINA and Mira condo developments before transitioning to Mission Rock.  Prior to Tishman Speyer, Maggie worked at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division, concentrating on industrial companies, and the Merchant Banking Division, focusing on global capital raising and equity syndication for the firm’s direct private investment platform. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.

Maki Nakamura Bara, President & Co-Founder of The Chartres Lodging Group, LLC and Chairman of the Board for affiliated management company, Sightline Hospitality, is a leading expert in investing in and repositioning urban hotels and resorts. Since the formation of Chartres Lodging in 2002, she has acquired and repositioned approximately $5 billion of lodging assets in the U.S. and Japan and completed more than $1 billion in the redevelopment of these assets. In recognition of her extensive experience in the lodging sector, particularly in acquisitions, asset management, development management and her role in the growth of the two companies, Ms. Nakamura Bara was recognized as the top "40 Under 40" by M&A Advisor, received the ''Best Executive" Stevie Award for Women in Business, was named a "Woman of Influence” in commercial real estate by Real Estate Southern California magazine, was a three-time honoree of Bisnow’s Power Women LA and recently honored as one of Hotel Management’s 2021 Influential Women in Hospitality. She is also a frequent speaker at various industry conferences. Ms. Nakamura Bara’s previous experience includes participating in the formation and growth of the lodging activities of Lend Lease Real Estate and Strategic Hotel Capital. She has also worked at Oxford Capital Partners, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers in the hospitality consulting division. Ms. Nakamura Bara is a graduate of UCLA and is fluent in spoken Japanese.

Isis Spinola-Schwartz is a development executive with more than fifteen years of experience in real estate development, land use planning, and project and development management. Her experience includes the development of commercial and residential projects, multi-family garden apartments, university campus, and hotels. Her extensive Real Estate experience includes operations and development management of more than sixty buildings in San Francisco for Veritas Real Estate Investments, one of San Francisco’s largest multi-family real estate development companies. More recently Isis worked on conversions of existing housing stock into LIHTC residential units, adding more than 600 dwelling units to the affordable housing stock in the San Francisco Bay Area. Isis specializes in the development of processes that ensure the seamless implementation of real estate projects. Whether adding Additional Dwelling Units to historic buildings in urban settings, or bringing together diverse disciplines to implement complex urban infill residential and commercial projects, Isis uses her extensive experience and business contacts to develop and nurture great relationships that ensure seamless implementation from design development to occupancy. As Director of KPF's San Francisco office, Angela leads KPF’s on-the-ground project coordination on the west coast, meeting regularly with clients to provide seamless communication and a streamlined approach to project management.
