SixSixty

SixSixty is a newly renovated 120,000 square feet mixed used office and retail building located in the heart of Downtown Sacramento. There is 97,000 square feet of contiguous, creative office space located throughout three stories and 20,000 square feet of prime ground floor retail. The building includes several advanced features including a mobile app for tenants, souped-up air filtration systems, multiple EV charging options onsite with 20 Tesla Super Charging Stations and an eventual rooftop lounge. It is located in a prime downtown spot, adjacent to the Golden 1 Center and home of the Sacramento Kings, and near other vibrant retail, restaurant and entertainment destinations.
