David manages all activities and growth at East End, along with co-founder Jonathon Yormak. David’s primary areas of focus include the acquisition of new investments, establishing acquisition strategy and target market focus, and growing the firm’s capital relationships. Prior to founding East End, David was a Director at Broadway Partners responsible for running acquisitions in the Eastern United States. In that role, David was directly responsible for the acquisition of 4.5 million square feet of assets in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., and Florida. As one of the firm’s first employees, David was instrumental in the growth of the company and building out the infrastructure of the firm. David was also involved in asset management, dispositions, and new business initiatives. Earlier in his career, David was in the real estate investment banking group at Lazard Frères & Co, where he was involved in transactions totaling over $1.4 billion in value. David holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Gary Ressler holds a BA in Communications & Theatre Arts from Whittier College in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to joining TILIA, Mr. Ressler worked in Studio City, CA in the Creative Affairs Department of Walt Disney Feature Animation (WDFA). Mr. Ressler moved to Miami, Florida in 2001 to assume operations of TILIA REAL ESTATE (formerly ABC Management Services, Inc.), a family-owned and operated commercial real estate management and development firm responsible for a portfolio with combined values of over $100-Million. Mr. Ressler launched the first TILIA Lifestyle Companies, THE HISTORIC ALFRED I. DUPONT BUILDING Special Events Venue – an award-winning event venue in the heart of downtown Miami catering to a particularly high-end clientele – and TILIA EVENTS, a full service Event Production Company in 2002. THE TILIA FAMILY OF COMPANIES expanded again in 2011, adding TILIA TRUST COMPANY, a South-Dakota- based Private Family Trust Company (PFTC), and TILIA MANAGEMENT, LLC, a specialized firm providing customer-focused, detail-oriented back-office support services to professional and financial firms in both regulated and unregulated industries. Muayad (Mo) Abbas is President and Founder of Urbanis, the real estate development firm behind Apeiron at the Jockey Club. Apeiron is a luxury wellness-focused residential and hotel development planned for the legendary Jockey Club property in Miami. Abbas is part of a world- class development team that includes Ritz-Carlton Group co-founder and former President Horst Schulze, Pritzker Prize-winning architect Rafael Moneo of Spain and former Chairman of HBA International Michael Bedner. Previously, Abbas held a Vice President role at the Related Group’s international arm, Related International, for its operations in Panama, Colombia and Argentina, which included the development of mixed-use projects valued in excess of $750M, such as the Orient- Express Hotel and Residences. Prior to his time at Related International, Abbas was responsible for launching a privately-owned real estate development company in Kuwait and grew its portfolio from $180M to more than $500M in assets and pipeline projects. His development strengths are complemented by his previous experiences in architecture and town planning gained by working at world-renowned Duany Plater-Zyberk (DPZ) Architects and Town Planners. Mr. Abbas is an adjunct professor of real estate entrepreneurship at the University of Miami and previously sat on the City of Miami Beach’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.

L. Kent Koch is a Partner in Bilzin Sumberg's Real Estate Practice Group. He represents real estate investment funds and trusts, and institutional investor and developer clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, development, and leasing of various property types. Kent has extensive experience in structuring, negotiating, and closing complex financing arrangements on behalf of borrowers, senior lenders, mezzanine lenders, and preferred equity investors and in working out individual loans and entire capital structures for both lenders and borrowers. Kent further has a robust working knowledge of Florida transaction taxes, title matters, and real estate development matters, including mixed-use development, public-private partnerships (P3), and transit-oriented development projects. Some of his work includes the representation of a full-service real estate company in the negotiation of a joint venture with a Miami-based real estate developer and a real estate private equity firm formed to construct and operate the $1 billion Residences by Armani Casa project and the representation of the owner of The Betsy South Beach hotel, located on Ocean Drive in Miami Beach, Florida, in connection with a $55.5 million loan from Beal Bank to refinance the property. Kent obtained his LL.M and J.D. from the University of Miami.

Mr. Defortuna is President, CEO and Founder of Fortune International Group, a Miami-based full- service real estate firm recognized throughout South Florida, Latin America and Europe as a leader in high-end luxury real estate. He oversees all of the company’s activities across all of its business units. Mr. Defortuna is involved with the strategic decision making of the group, as well as the day-to-day operations of each of its divisions. He started the business in 1983, and quickly became a driving force in real estate. Through his company’s success and far reach into U.S., European and Latin American markets, Mr. Defortuna is widely recognized for having made a significant contribution to the internationalization of Miami and its reputation as a global business, trade and vacation hub. He currently serves as a member of the Mayor of Miami's International Council and also as Director of the Argentine-U.S. Chamber of Commerce, in Miami. Additionally, he is a member of several charitable organizations in Miami, such as Manos del Sur, Mt. Sinai Hospital and St. Stephen’s Episcopal School. Mr. Defortuna holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical and Chemical Engineering from the National University of Argentina and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Miami. Fully fluent English and Spanish, Mr. Defortuna is married to Ana Cristina and has five children.

Steven Hadjilogiou is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Practice Group in Miami. He is consistently recognized as a leading tax lawyer by Chambers USA, top-rated by Florida Super Lawyers, and recognized in Florida Trend’s Legal Elite. Steven has written numerous articles and presented on topics related to tax. He was a primary drafter of the amicus curiae brief submitted to the US Supreme Court on behalf of the Florida Bar Tax Section in Knight v. Commissioner in 2008. Steven is also an adjunct professor in the University of Miami School of Law's Tax LLM program. Practice Focus Steven focuses his practice on tax planning. Kevin O’Grady is the Managing Director, Co-CIO and Partner of Concord Summit. With over 40 years of commercial real estate finance and related industry experience, Mr. O’Grady provides solutions for commercial real estate transactions of all types of asset classes, including office, retail, multi-family, for-sale residential condominiums, hospitality, industrial and mixed-use developments both urban and suburban. In his combined experience, Mr. O’Grady has been responsible for the development of over 10 million square feet of commercial projects, 23 master planned housing communities, 6 million square feet of commercial leasing and over $22 billion in structured finance closings. Prior to founding Concord Summit, Mr. O’Grady was SVP and Managing Director with Walker and Dunlop. Mr. O’Grady has also served as a founding member of the National Equity Practice Group of Cohen Financial, a division of Guggenheim, a Director at LJ Melody and was a senior officer at various recognized development companies, including Atlantic Gulf Communities, HF Ahmanson, Robert Trent Jones Development, Turner Development, and CSX Development.

Mr. Graziano has been involved in the real estate field in New Jersey in since 1992. Mr. Graziano has actively counseled and advised clients on the sale, leasing, valuation, management, and development of commercial real estate assets throughout New Jersey and the northeast U.S. Mr. Graziano has provided market study and consulting services to the Port Authority NY/NJ, NJ Highlands Council, City of Atlantic City, City of Jersey City, and other municipalities throughout New Jersey. Mr. Graziano continues to serve on the Board of Directors for Integra Realty Resources. He formerly served in leadership positions with the Appraisal Institute (Metro NJ Chapter), Counselors of Real Estate (NJ Chapter and National), NJ Smart Growth Coalition, and as a subject matter expert (SME) to the Appraisal Foundation. After 20 years of practice in New Jersey, Mr. Graziano was retained to serve as Senior Managing Director of IRR Miami/Palm Beach in mid-2012. Gary Dix has over 45 years of experience in providing comprehensive tax, accounting and business consulting services to a diverse client base. He also has expertise in mergers and acquisitions, tax planning for high net worth families, and assisting closely held businesses. Prior to joining EisnerAmper, he was the Managing Director of a leading South Florida accounting firm. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the Investment Committee for the Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation. For more than twenty years, he served on the Board of Directors and chaired the Investment Committee of Perry Ellis International, Inc. Gary was also a founding Shareholder and Director of the Universal National Bank, a Dade County Community Bank (sold in 1997).

Francis X. Suarez is the 33rd Mayor of the City of Miami. As the first Miami-born mayor, he is committed to working diligently to serve the residents of the community where he was born and raised. Prior to being elected with 86 percent support from Miami residents, Mayor Suarez served as Miami Commissioner for District 4 during eight years. Mayor Suarez had many legislative accomplishments as Commissioner, including implementing ShotSpotter technology in the City, a state-­‐of-­‐the-­‐art gunshot detection system, setting up a transportation trust fund, which allocates funds for current and future transit projects, and passing the Reverse Redline legislation, authorizing lawsuits against several major banks for discriminatory mortgage lending practices. As a result, the City’s lawsuit reached the U.S. Supreme Court, which ruled that cities have standing to sue banks under the Fair Housing Act for such discriminatory practices. Mayor Suarez also serves as Vice-­‐Chair of the Miami-­‐Dade Transportation Planning Organization (TPO) and is the former President of the Miami-­‐Dade County League of Cities. In his role at the TPO, Mayor Suarez championed the Strategic Miami Area Rapid Transit (SMART) Plan, which was unanimously approved. The SMART Plan expands mass transit options in Miami-­‐Dade County through six main corridors and new bus routes to ease traffic congestion and support future population growth. Mayor Suarez helped negotiate the Tri-­‐Rail connection to Downtown, offering free ridership to Overtown residents for life. He also ushered in the free trolley system in Miami, which carries an average of 450,000 passengers per month. Mayor Suarez is dedicated to elevating the quality of life of the residents he serves by focusing on transportation and connectivity, resiliency, and job creation by nurturing the growth of technology and innovation. He is also committed to expanding affordable housing, tackling the poverty pandemic and, as a corollary, reducing crime. The oldest of four siblings, Mayor Suarez was born into a family where, as he describes, “being socially conscious was a kind of requirement.” As the son of former City of Miami Mayor, Xavier Suarez, he was also exposed to public service since he was a child, growing up around his father’s office at City Hall, the same one he works out of today. Mayor Suarez earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. He went on to receive his law degree from the University of Florida Frederic G. Levin College of Law, where he graduated cum laude. He is currently an attorney with the law firm Carlton Fields, specializing in corporate and real-­‐estate transactions. Mayor Suarez is married to Gloria Fonts Suarez. They have a son, Andrew Xavier, and are expecting their first daughter this year. They consider themselves honored and blessed to be raising their family in the City of Miami.

Brad Meltzer is a Partner and President of Two Roads Development. In this role, he oversees real estate development activities from design through construction and supports the team in identifying new opportunities. Meltzer has facilitated the growth of numerous regional business units scaling some from start up to more than 250 employees. Specializing in delivering high-end projects, Meltzer has led award-winning projects from inception to completion across various asset classes, including condominium, multifamily, hospitality, office, and retail. A sampling of such projects includes Biscayne Beach, The One Thousand Museum Tower, the 4 Tower Paraiso Complex, the Ritz Carlton Residences Miami Beach, The Marquis, Millicento, W Hotel South Beach, One Hotel and Homes, Icon Bay, Carillon Miami Beach (aka Canyon Ranch), Town Center One at Dadeland, Aventura Mall Expansion, Westshore Marina Pointe, Mandarin Oriental Miami. Meltzer led the construction of 15 buildings in excess of 35 stories and 2 in excess of 60 stories. He holds a Masters's in Architecture from Tulane University and has more than 30 years of construction experience, having headed a top national construction firm as its CEO. Meltzer also sits on the Advisory Board of the University of Miami MRED+U and Construction Management programs, Tulane University School of Architecture Advisory Board, Gulliver Prep Board of Trustees, and Voices for Children Board of Directors.

Inigo Ardid oversees the day-to-day operations of development projects as well as the acquisition of new properties for Key International. He is a seasoned real estate developer who has been involved in over $4 Billion worth of real estate transactions and has built over 10 Million square feet of real estate. His projects include buying and developing hotels, rental and for sale residential properties, purchasing distressed asset notes, office buildings, and retail properties. Inigo has developed over 2,000 hotel keys and over 2,600 residential units. Key International is headquartered in Miami and has been developing and acquiring properties in the United States since the 1970’s. A few of Key International’s landmark developments include the Eden Roc Miami Beach, the Marriott Stanton South Beach, and several luxury condominium towers including The Harbour, 1010 Brickell, 400 Sunny Isles, Eden House, and Mint & Ivy.

Vivian de las Cuevas-Diaz is a partner in Holland & Knight's Miami office and serves as the deputy section leader of the Real Estate Section. Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz has extensive experience in complex real estate transactions for both private and public clients, representing institutional lenders in commercial lending for various types of projects and developments in the United States, and in asset-based loans secured by real estate, inventory, equipment receivables and securities. In addition, Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz has experience representing developers in a range of projects, including land development, condominium, office and single family development and hotels. She also handles the financing for these types of developments, including institutions and mezzanine financing. Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz focuses on guiding institutional lenders toward resolutions for troubled loans and complex workouts. She is called on to assist clients in developing solutions for complex real estate transactions. Ms. de las Cuevas-Diaz represents clients in the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, development of commercial properties, commercial leasing and related transactions.
