Malcolm has been active in South Florida Real Estate for over 25 years. He has a Masters Degree in Real Estate from Florida International University, and has previously worked in the real estate investment division of Travelers Insurance.

Mr. Easton is the Senior Partner, President and CEO of Easton Real Estate Advisors. Since 1974, he has also served as the Chairman of The Easton Group, a real estate brokerage, investment, management and development firm located in Miami, Florida. In addition to managing The Fund and having been active in acquiring or developing in excess of $3B of transactions since the inception of the firm, Mr. Easton oversees a company that currently manages, leases or owns over 4.5 million square feet of commercial and multi-family real estate. A real estate group with national presence, The Easton Group also has invested in properties in many markets in the Eastern United States for its own real estate portfolio. Educated at the University of Miami, Mr. Easton received his Bachelors in Business Administration in1966, and earned his MBA in 1976, majoring in Finance with a minor in Accounting. Mr. Easton is the chair and a voting member of the investment committee of The General Partner.

Jose I. Juncadella, Principal of Fairchild Partners, co-founded the commercial real estate firm in 2005. With more than thirty years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and over $2.5 billion in sales and leasing volume, Jose has established himself as a top commercial real estate professional, responsible for some of the largest leases, sales, and build-to suit transactions concluded in South Florida. Recently, he was awarded the 2015 Innovator of the Year by SIOR, and inducted into the Florida International University (FIU) Hall of Fame as the 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year. Prior to founding Fairchild Partners, he was a top broker with Codina Real Estate Services for sixteen years, and with The Doran Jason Group for five years.

Lead team developing and transacting build-to-suit and speculative properties for Florida's leading industrial real estate developer. In 2013 and 2014, Flagler has built and leased more new facilities in South Florida than all of our competitors combined. The properties total more than two million square feet and have a value of over $270 million.

Andrew Ansin joined the family business, Sunbeam Properties, in 1985 as it completed the first building in the Miramar Park of Commerce. Now he's managing construction of the 5 million-square-foot business park's last buildings.

Steven E. McCraney, President & CEO of McCraney Property Company, has offices in West Palm Beach, Orlando, FL. and Charlotte, NC. A self-made entrepreneur, he and his team have developer of Industrial/distribution and office-flex properties. Additionally, the company has developed and operated some 24 company-owned fuel properties within the Florida markets. The company's present active Industrial / distribution developments in South Florida, Orlando (Central Florida), Charlotte and Atlanta total 6,600,000 sf for 2017 / 2018. Mr. McCraney is an active member of The Florida Council of 100, The Orange Bowl Committee, NAIOP’s National Board of Directors, and past President of NAIOP South Florida. National Real Estate Investor magazine acknowledged McCraney to its Top 50 list of US Industrial Developers for 2017. He was Developer of the Year for Central Florida in 2013, 2014 and 2016. He was the former Chairman of the YPO Florida, and serves on its Southern US Executive Board. He serves on the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, Place of Hope Children's Charity, Villanova University DiLella Center for Real Estate, and was honored by the South Florida Business Journal as an Ultimate CEO. He holds the CCIM Designation and is a delegate member of SIOR. Mr. McCraney earned his degree from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania, and has completed additional post graduate work at Harvard Business School and Duke University. He is an active alpine mountain climber, having scaled many of the world’s tallest peaks for Children’s Charity "Place of Hope". Recent climbs include: The Avenue of Volcanos, Cayambe, Ecuador 19,000', Elbrus, Russia – 18,510', Aconcagua, Argentina-22,241', Kilimanjaro-Tanzania, Africa-19,340', Mt. Rainier14,411', the Grand Canyon 48 Mile-24 Hour Challenge, and ran the Marine Corp Marathon – Washington, DC.

Andy Petry is the vice president and city manager responsible for Liberty’s South Florida operation. Prior to joining Liberty in 2007, Mr. Petry was a senior vice president at Grubb & Ellis and prior to that a senior vice president at Trammell Crow Company. He holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Florida. He is a past president of NAIOP South Florida.

Howard E. Nelson has over 20 years of experience in environmental law and land development, and over 25 years of experience in zoning and regional planning. He represents clients throughout all phases of the development process from site location through permitting and construction, as well as in permit appeals and defense of environmental enforcement matters. Howard focuses a substantial portion of his practice to the analysis and remediation of site contamination issues, representing several national homebuilders in pre-acquisition site analysis and contamination remediation. He works closely with environmental professionals in the formulation of appropriate diligence inquiries and the preparation of remedial strategies designed to reduce costs and time frames for completion of projects. Howard also represents a variety of non-residential developers and industries with respect to contamination assessment and remediation issues.
