Angelo Bianco assumed the role of Managing Partner for Crocker Partners in January 2017. He previously managed Crocker Partners’ capital market activities and investor relations and directed operations in Florida and Texas, including acquisition and development opportunities, asset management, property management, and leasing functions. Most notably, he led the development of CityPlace Tower. Mr. Bianco joined the Crocker organization in 2001 as Senior Vice President at CRT Properties, Inc while Tom Crocker served as the CEO. During that time, Mr. Bianco was responsible for the acquisition of properties totaling 2.1 million square feet and managing the company’s Florida assets, which consisted of ten office complexes totaling 77 buildings. Previously, Mr. Bianco served as counsel for Tishman Speyer Properties, concentrating on the redevelopment of Rockefeller Center in New York City. He began his career as a real estate attorney in New York City. Mr. Bianco holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Washington University.

Steven E. McCraney, President & CEO of McCraney Property Company, has offices in West Palm Beach, Orlando, FL. and Charlotte, NC. A self-made entrepreneur, he and his team have developer of Industrial/distribution and office-flex properties. Additionally, the company has developed and operated some 24 company-owned fuel properties within the Florida markets. The company's present active Industrial / distribution developments in South Florida, Orlando (Central Florida), Charlotte and Atlanta total 6,600,000 sf for 2017 / 2018. Mr. McCraney is an active member of The Florida Council of 100, The Orange Bowl Committee, NAIOP’s National Board of Directors, and past President of NAIOP South Florida. National Real Estate Investor magazine acknowledged McCraney to its Top 50 list of US Industrial Developers for 2017. He was Developer of the Year for Central Florida in 2013, 2014 and 2016. He was the former Chairman of the YPO Florida, and serves on its Southern US Executive Board. He serves on the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Real Estate Advisory Board, Place of Hope Children's Charity, Villanova University DiLella Center for Real Estate, and was honored by the South Florida Business Journal as an Ultimate CEO. He holds the CCIM Designation and is a delegate member of SIOR. Mr. McCraney earned his degree from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania, and has completed additional post graduate work at Harvard Business School and Duke University. He is an active alpine mountain climber, having scaled many of the world’s tallest peaks for Children’s Charity "Place of Hope". Recent climbs include: The Avenue of Volcanos, Cayambe, Ecuador 19,000', Elbrus, Russia – 18,510', Aconcagua, Argentina-22,241', Kilimanjaro-Tanzania, Africa-19,340', Mt. Rainier14,411', the Grand Canyon 48 Mile-24 Hour Challenge, and ran the Marine Corp Marathon – Washington, DC.

Mike joined Minto Communities in March 2008 as the Executive Vice President for the newly created West Central Florida division and was responsible for Minto’s expansion into the Tampa and Sarasota market areas. In June of 2010 Mike was named President of Minto Communities and is currently responsible for the management and oversight of Minto’s US operations. Minto is currently developing and building homes throughout the major markets in Florida and Hilton Head, South Carolina. Minto has been developing master planned communities and building homes in Florida for over 35 years and has built more than 25,000 homes in Florida. Two of Minto’s most notable, recent land acquisitions include Callery Judge Groves in Palm Beach County where Minto will develop Westlake, a community with more than 4,500 homes and over 2 million square feet of non-residential land uses. In February of 2017, Minto purchased 1,600 acres in Daytona Beach, Florida for a 3,000 home active adult community. This is where Minto will launch the first Latitude Margaritaville community, a partnership between Minto and Margaritaville Holdings. A second Latitude Margaritaville property by Minto was acquired in May 2017 in Hilton Head, South Carolina. This will be a 3,000 home community and expected to open in early 2018. Prior to joining Minto, Mike has spent 30 years in the Florida home building industry working for Meritage Homes where he was division president in Fort Myers/Naples, Florida from 2006-2008. Mike’s previous experience includes several management level positions with Centex Homes, where he worked from 1994-2006. Mike was division president in the West Florida market from 1998- 2004 and division president in Houston, Texas from 2004-2006. Prior to joining Centex Homes, Mike worked for home builder/developers The William Lyon Company and Ryan Homes in the Southeast Florida market area. Mike graduated in 1981 from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and worked in municipal and real estate finance for several years after graduation. Mike and his wife Karen reside in Tampa, Florida.

Jeff Greene was born in 1954 in Worcester, Massachusetts. His father ran a business selling used textile machinery and his mother was a religious school teacher.  His parents taught and instilled in him a strong set of moral and economic values that would become the basis of a long and fortuitous career in real estate investment and development. Greene worked his way through The Johns Hopkins University teaching religious school three days per week, checking ID’s outside the Hopkins gym and working winter vacations as a busboy and waiter at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.   He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and sociology from Johns Hopkins in just two and a half years.  After Johns Hopkins, Greene worked on- the- road as a circus promoter for almost 3 years, accumulating the seed capital for what would become a billion dollar real estate portfolio.  After 3 years of hard work, Greene went back to Harvard Business School where he received his Masters of Business Administration in 1979. While at Harvard, Greene began investing in residential real estate by purchasing a 3-family home not far from the business school, where he would reside while getting his MBA.  He gained a quick understanding of the real estate business and by the time he completed his second year at Harvard Business School, he had accumulated 18 properties and a net worth of over a million dollars.  After business school, Greene moved to Los Angeles where he successfully navigated a roller coaster real estate market through the 80s and 90s.  By 2006, he had accumulated a $1 billion real estate portfolio.  Worried about the possible collapse of the real estate market, he devised a hedge for that portfolio in which he shorted what he determined were enormously overvalued subprime mortgage backed securities.  This investment has been described as the most successful trade in history by an individual on Wall Street. In 2010, Greene felt that the country was heading in the wrong direction and ran for the Democrat nomination for United States Senate in Florida. Greene manages a vast portfolio of financial investments in real estate, hospitality and energy.  He is an active philanthropist supporting a variety of charities and is a signatory to the Buffet-Gates Giving Pledge. The Greene Institute’s Managing the Disruption Conference is an annual event bringing together many of the world’s most respected academics, business leaders and political leaders to discuss the importance of maintaining a skilled middle class. He and his wife, Mei Sze, are the founders of The Greene School, dedicated to empowering high-performing students to be adaptive, confident and productive stewards of an evolving world. Mr. Greene and wife Mei Sze reside in Palm Beach, Florida with their three children.

Jeri Muoio was first elected Mayor of the City of West Palm Beach March, 2011 and re-elected in 2015. She previously served on the West Palm Beach City Commission for four years, having been reelected twice by the voters. During her administration, Mayor Muoio has presided over the important first stages of an economic resurgence in the city. Her focus on strengthening the economy has led to hundreds of new jobs in the city since taking office. Mayor Muoio has pledged to make the City of West Palm Beach more business friendly, understanding that progress and growth are the keys to the city’s future. She frequently tells business and industry leaders that the City of West Palm Beach is not only open “for” business, but also open “to” business. Mayor Muoio is a strong advocate for open, transparent government. Her ongoing “Open Access” campaign has led to numerous town hall meetings, neighborhood chats, and outreach efforts. She is the first mayor in the city’s history to make herself available for a weekly “no question off limits” press briefing. She is also the first mayor to reach out directly to residents with a Twitter Town Hall. Since taking office, Mayor Muoio has fulfilled her pledge to make government more responsive. She reorganized several departments, and demanded they focus on customer service. In addition, under her leadership, a strategic plan for the City, a 10 year budget plan, and short and long term water plans were developed. Mayor Muoio has worked to make the City of West Palm Beach a great place to live, work and raise a family. She has led the fight against unnecessary roads and has been instrumental in the building of fire stations to serve the communities which were underserved. The creation of a vibrant Downtown, the maintenance of safe, beautiful neighborhoods and the open communication with constituents are all priorities for Mayor Muoio. Mayor Muoio holds a doctorate in Education Leadership from Syracuse University and worked for many years as a school district leader. She resides in West Palm Beach with her husband Charles and is the mother of Jessica and grandmother of Jordan, Jada and Julian.

David M. Layman, shareholder in the West Palm Beach office of international law firm Greenberg Traurig, P.A., has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate transactions and land use law for more than 30 years. Among his noteworthy transactions, Layman represented the developer of the ultra-luxury condominium, The Bristol, in all related land acquisitions and in the closing of its $206 million construction loan. The financing is the largest single construction loan in West Palm Beach to date. Layman also assisted affiliates of Castle Lanterra Properties in obtaining financing and closing on their $63.5 million purchase of the Loftin Place apartment complex with the most comprehensive amenity package and ultra-luxury finishes in a downtown rental project in West Palm Beach. He also represented an affiliate of the Amirsaleh Family Trust in a $19.5 million purchase of Via Bice on Worth Avenue in Palm Beach. Layman has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America from 2010-2018 where he was selected as “Lawyer of the Year” in Real Estate Law in West Palm Beach in 2010 and 2016. He is also rated AV Preeminent® 5.0 out of 5 by Martindale-Hubbell®. He earned a B.A. with high honors from the University of Florida and a J.D. with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.

Utilizing over 25 years of experience in the burgeoning telecommunications/cable industry, Daniel O’Connell has stood at the forefront of telecom expansion, beginning his career at Ameritech Corporation in 1989 when, at the time, it was one of the largest telecommunications companies in the US. In 1995, he continued his career in the global telecom market at MCI in Mexico, where Mr. O’Connell represented MCI’s joint venture, Avantel, in negotiating the interconnection agreements with incumbent provider Telmex, and through lobbying at the Mexican Federal Commission of Telecommunications or COFETEL for favorable market entry rules and regulations. This venture led to a similar role representing MCI as it moved into Brazil, and established long-term, manageable telecom policies, practices, and competitive market structures. In 2000, Mr. O’Connell joined Verizon, heading the national sales organization for multi- family housing and the roll-out of Fiber-to- the-Home solutions with the FiOS program beginning in 2004. This experience garnered senior executive responsibilities at both Comcast and Time Warner Cable, where he cultivated these MSO’s respective business development groups for MDUs, student housing, senior housing, master- planned communities and other residential vertical markets. Mr. O’Connell also served as the President of the Fiber to the Home Council, a non-profit organization with a mission to expand next generation fiber optic networks in support of education, health care, and quality of life improvements in underserved communities. Today, Daniel O’Connell is the Vice President of National Sales for Hotwire Communications, a telecom company specializing in fiber-to- the-home technology. During his tenure, he has more than doubled the number of communities under contract in his markets.

Michael Nunziata is a Vice President and Principal of 13th Floor Investments. Mr. Nunziata joined 13th Floor in 2009 and brings more than 10 years of direct experience in the real estate investment industry. He is responsible for various aspects of acquisitions, dispositions, asset management and strategy for 13th Floor’s real estate investment portfolio. Additionally, Mr. Nunziata has taken a lead role in establishing 13th Floor’s homebuilding division, Central Communities, and serves as its Division President, overseeing and expanding the firm’s homebuilding program. Prior to joining 13th Floor, Mr. Nunziata worked with Lane Capital Partners and its predecessor opportunity fund, Rossrock. Mr. Nunziata started his career with SunTrust Bank as a portfolio manager in the commercial real estate finance group, where he worked on the origination and analysis of lending facilities. Mr. Nunziata holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in entrepreneurship from the University of Florida and a master’s of science degree in real estate from Columbia University.

Mike Masanoff spent over thirty-five years cultivating relationships, collaborating with private and public entities, and leading numerous real estate and corporate acquisition activities. In all cases, his efforts meet and exceed sustainable, financial, social and environmental performance goals and are beneficial to each of the communities in which his projects are located. Being a firm believer in improving the quality of life through well planned and structured growth, in September 2001 the Governor of the State of Florida appointed Mr. Masanoff to the Board of Directors of Tri-County Community Rail Authority (“Tri-Rail”). As a result of his achievements, the Tri-Rail Board elected Mr. Masanoff as Vice Chair in 2002, and in 2003 the Board elected him as Chair of Tri-Rail. In July 2003, as a result of his and other’s efforts, the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority (“SFRTA”) was created to coordinate all passenger and freight transit systems in the tri-county area of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, including Tri-Rail. Mr. Masanoff was once again appointed by the Governor of the State of Florida to the Board of the SFRTA and was elected the first Chair of the SFRTA. In 2005, Mr. Masanoff resigned from SFRTA to devote his efforts to transit oriented developments (“TOD”) and commercial projects in the private sector and public-private partnerships. Since 1994, when Mr. Masanoff and his family moved to South Florida, he quickly became involved in giving back to his new region. A firm believer in the importance of education, Masanoff served as an Adjunct Professor of Advanced Legal Study at Florida Atlantic University, an Advisory Board Member in the Legal Assistant Department of Broward Community College and a guest lecturer at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law and Florida Atlantic University. He is a frequent speaker and consultant on regional transportation and property development issues. On the private side, Mr. Masanoff has used his expertise to structure complex corporate transactions; leading teams in obtaining federal, foreign and local governmental approvals, acquiring and/or closing on acquisitions, dispositions and financings of operating corporate and real estate assets throughout the United States and abroad. Mr. Masanoff has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors.
