Juan Franco currently leads Acquisitions for the Mattoni Group®. He concentrates his efforts on the acquisition and underwriting of new retail assets and development, as well as the management of current retail assets. Mr. Franco has close to a decade of experience in commercial real estate with a specialization in the retail sector. Prior to joining Mattoni Group®, he worked as a Senior Commercial Associate at Terranova Corporation, one of the largest owners and managers of retail properties in Florida. At Terranova, Mr. Franco executed leasing transactions in excess of 1,000,000 square feet of retail space on behalf of Terranova and institutional investors including Blackrock, Rockwood Capital, Equity Residential and BVT Capital. Mr. Franco started his career at Metro 1 Properties where he worked on sales and leasing for various asset types throughout Miami’s urban core. A native of South Florida, Mr. Franco has a deep understanding of the diverse retail landscape in the area. Mr. Franco’s experience combines both tenant and landlord representative transactions. He has a deep comprehension of what each party is looking for and utilizes this unique background when analyzing acquisitions. Mr. Franco is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers where he has been a member for the past 8 years.

Anne Stewart is a Director with Hunt Mortgage Group. Ms. Stewart is based in Tampa, FL where she focuses on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac originations, primarily for the Small Balance Group. Hunt Mortgage Group is a leader in financing all types of commercial real estate throughout the United States: multifamily, manufactured housing, affordable housing, office, retail, healthcare/senior living, industrial and self-storage. Hunt Mortgage Group offers Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA in addition to its own Proprietary loan products. Ms. Stewart has more than 20 years of commercial real estate industry experience concentrating in loan origination and transaction structuring, along with non- performing loan management and dispositions. Prior to Hunt, Ms. Stewart was a Managing Director for Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Finance. She also held senior origination positions with Credit Suisse, Potomac Realty Capital and Ocwen Savings Bank. Ms. Stewart received her Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from The College of Wooster.

With 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, Alison Williams, vice president, specializes in the origination of debt and structured finance for commercial real estate transactions encompassing all property types. Ms. Williams is based out of Walker & Dunlop’s Tampa, Florida office. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Williams, served as vice president in NorthMarq Capital’s Tampa, Florida office for more than 11 years where she was responsible for new loan origination utilizing direct relationships with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, bank, and life insurance companies. Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has closed over $1.5 billion of commercial real estate transactions and most recently closed $200 million of loan originations in the Southeast in 2016. Ms. Williams graduated from Florida State University where she double-majored in finance and real estate. Ms. Williams is a member of numerous professional organizations focusing on multifamily, retail, and hospitality real estate trends throughout the United States.

Neil Beldock has over 30 years of experience as a real estate finance professional. Over those 30+ years Neil has held positions at Citigroup, Coast Federal Bank of California, Independence Bank of Los Angeles, Family Savings Bank of Los Angeles, Hamburg Savings Bank of New York, Interbay Funding and Velocity Commercial Capital. Neil has held executive and senior level management positions covering loan originations, loan operations, loan servicing, secondary marketing, loan securitization and joint venture operations. Neil is also a published author having written articles for numerous mortgage industry publications including the Scotsman Guide, Commercial Mortgage Insight, The Mortgage Press and National Mortgage Broker Magazine. Currently, Neil serves as a Senior Executive at Pender Capital Funding in Dallas, Texas.

Kieley joined Stewart in 2008 as manager of the Commercial Services office in Baltimore, Maryland. In 2016, he was appointed as Commercial Services Mid-Atlantic & Southeast Regional Sales Director. A real estate and title professional with over 30 years of industry experience, Kieley oversees the sales and marketing of the Florida Commercial Services offices in Tampa, Ft. Lauderdale, Miami and Orlando, among other major metro areas. He previously held positions with First American, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title and Lawyers Title. Kieley is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Maryland Land Title Association. With a Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore, Kieley is currently a member of the Maryland State Bar and the New Jersey State Bar.

Mr. Feldman has been the president and CEO of Feldman Equities since 1990. From 1997 until 1999, he was the founder of, and served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Tower Realty Trust, a publicly traded REIT (New York Stock Exchange symbol: "TOW"). From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Feldman served as Chairman of Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. a publicly traded REIT. He is also the founder and former Chairman of the Midtown West Association of New York City. Mr. Feldman was formerly a member of the Board of East Woods School in Oyster Bay NY. He graduated from Windham College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Mr. Feldman has lectured at the graduate schools of N.Y.U. and Columbia University on commercial real estate development. Mr. Feldman has been directly responsible for the management, development or acquisition of over 11 million square feet of real estate with an aggregate value of over $3 billion dollars during a career spanning over 30 years in the commercial real estate business. Mr. Feldman's primary focus over his career has been on the acquisition and redevelopment of turnaround real estate.

Beck Daniel is Executive Vice President of Development of BTI Partners, a real estate investment and development firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Based in Tampa, Mr. Daniel is BTI's corporate representative for the west coast of Florida and is spearheading development of Westshore Marina District, a 52-acre mixed-use planned community on the West Shore’s waterfront. Within the district, Mr. Daniel is also leading Tampa's biggest condominium venture, Marina Pointe, a luxury three-tower project rising on Tampa Bay’s waterfront. Mr. Daniel is also responsible for identifying and pursuing new development and investment opportunities in the burgeoning areas of Tampa/St. Petersburg, Sarasota and Naples. Prior to joining BTI, Mr. Daniel was a Real Estate and Finance Analyst at Southstar Development Partners Inc., and Assistant Project Manager at The Related Group.

Todd Fultz is the Managing Director of Plaza Construction Group’s new Central Florida Office. Fultz, an industry veteran with more than 20 years of construction experience on projects in the hospitality, corporate office, multi-family, retail, aviation, education and sports market sectors, is now leading Plaza’s expansion into important markets in the region, including Tampa and Orlando, as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Plaza, Fultz served as Vice President of the Central Florida region for Manhattan Construction and as a project executive for DPR-Hardin Construction. He has been a part of building the Tampa skyline through such projects as The Westin Hotel on Rocky Point, Parkside of One Bayshore, Grand Central at Kennedy, Kforce Headquarters, LakePointe II at Tampa Bay Park, Jesuit’s Hyer Family Park Baseball Stadium, Raymond James Stadium, and several projects at Tampa International Airport. Todd currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Florida Gulf Coast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). At ABC, he has also served as the Marketing & Programs Committee Chair and helped start and co-chair the organization’s NexGen Construction Leadership Program. As a community-minded citizen, Todd is an alumnus of Leadership Tampa, Class of 2013, an active Board Member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, a member of the Jesuit High School Foundation, Committee Chair of Cub Scout Pack 19, and a coach for Palma Ceia Little League. A Tampa native, Fultz holds a bachelor of science from University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker Sr. School of Building Construction, Gainesville, Florida.

Arturo Peña is a Vice President of Development at Related Group, overseeing a variety of developments across the firm’s portfolio. Arturo has played an instrumental role in Related’s ongoing expansion across Central Florida, spearheading numerous award-winning market-rate apartment communities. In his present role, Arturo oversees the development of market-rate communities, condominium towers, workforce housing, and mixed-use developments, primarily in the West Palm Beach and Tampa Bay regions. His current projects under construction are the waterfront Icon Marina Village in West Palm Beach and Manor West River in Tampa. Over his 20 years at Related, Arturo’s marquee developments include the 400-unit Manor Riverwalk and 340-unit Icon Harbour Island in Tampa, the 382-unit Manor at Flagler Village in Fort Lauderdale, and the 162-unit SofA project in Delray Beach. Many more of Arturo’s projects have broken multi-family sales records in both Broward and Hillsborough Counties, receiving awards from the Urban Land Institute (ULI), National Association of Home Builders, Florida’s Best, and the South Florida Business Journal. Arturo has also been named Related’s “Employee of the Year” on multiple occasions. Prior to joining Related, Arturo served as Project Manager for an architectural firm specializing in high-rise condominium towers throughout Florida; he also served as the firm’s liaison for over a dozen high-rise projects. Arturo holds a B.A. in Architecture from the University of Miami, with Minors in Business and Building Structures; he continues to play an active role in several of the University’s alumni associations. Arturo also serves on Related’s Philanthropic Committee and is Vice Chair of the ULI Florida Multifamily Product Council.

Vik Bhide has over 16 years of research, consulting and local government experience. He is a subject matter expert in Smart Cities planning and deploying urban mobility solutions. He chairs the Hillsborough Metropolitan Planning Organization’s Intelligent Transportation Systems Committee and serves on the Board of the Intelligent Transportation Society of Florida. Vik currently serves as Chief Traffic Management Engineer for the City of Tampa. His duties include management of the City’s traffic signals, streetlights and Smart Cities programs. Vik has been instrumental in program development, design and deployment of Advanced Traffic Management Systems (ATMS) for most of the municipalities in the Tampa Bay region. He is a key member of the Tampa Connected Vehicle (CV) Pilot team, the Marion Transit Way Autonomous (AV) Shuttle Service and Smart Paint project. Vik was presented the 2015 Joseph J. Grimail Transportation Professional of the Year Award by Tampa Bay Institute of Transportation Engineers.

Nathaniel Linden, P.E. has more than 12 years of experience in all phases of civil engineering for residential, retail, office and industrial private land development projects. His areas of expertise include site planning, stormwater management, and urban development. Nat has extensive experience navigating the regulatory landscape of west Florida, including Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Pasco Counties as well as the Cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg. His experience includes involvement in several landmark projects in the bay area, including the Tampa Premium Outlets, Riverwalk Place, Midtown Tampa, and the Westshore Marina District, among others.
