Jonathan Levine joined Intermedia in 2015, bringing with him 25+ years of experience in information technology, cloud operations, data analytics, software development and corporate strategy. Levine is responsible for the company’s technology strategy, ensuring that Intermedia continues to deliver the security, availability, and value that customers and partners depend on. Prior to Intermedia, Levine served in a wide variety of senior leadership roles at Japanese leading e-commerce and internet service company, Rakuten. Most recently, he was the Vice Managing Director of Rakuten Group’s Development Unit, where he was responsible for global technology and corporate infrastructure and established Rakuten’s Next Generation Data Center, Private Cloud, Backbone Network and Global Development and Operation Center. Levine was also a board member of Fusion Communications, Rakuten’s telecommunications carrier, ISP and public cloud subsidiary. Previously, he served as Board Director, Chief Operating Officer, co-President and CTO of Rakuten’s Online Advertising Subsidiary LinkShare. During his tenure, Rakuten expanded from fewer than 50 employees to more than 10,000. Prior to his long career at Rakuten, Levine was co-founder and VP of Engineering at ePhysician. Levine has also held management positions at PointCast, IBM, and Lotus Development. He has five online marketing and database technology patents and is the co-author of two books on e-commerce and Java technology.

He received his BSE from Duke University in Biomedical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer.

Donna Jacobs

​For more than 10 years, Donna has served as ISC Technology Service’s IT Sr. Director of Infrastructure Operations at the University of Pennsylvania – Data Center Management, Network Operations, Enterprise Automation, and other associated Infrastructure disciplines. She is responsible for leading the ISC Operations’ team and its transition to implement the ITIL methodology into day to day operations, infusing enterprise automation within the Operations environment, and implementation of a Quality Management System. The organization conforms to the ISO 9001:2015 quality standard. In this (and previous) roles, Donna has traditionally been brought in to transform organizations into more efficient, high performance operations. She is also an adjunct faculty member for Wilmington University’s Graduate and Undergraduate Programs in Technology. Professionally, Donna holds Board positions in the AFCOM Midlantic, 7x24 Exchange Delaware Valley, and Liberty Valley Association of Contingency Planners organizations. Donna holds a B.A. from Neumann University and an MBA from Wilmington University.

Justin began his career in public service with the State of Delaware in 1999. He quickly progressed, holding positions in Human Resources, Project Management, and IT Operations Management where he leads the Data Center & Operations Division at the Delaware Department of Technology & Information. In this role, he leads a team of 100 technologists with responsibilities for data center infrastructure, systems programming, computer operations, technical support, desktop and network services. Prior to his current role, Justin led the Statewide IT Support Center and Data Center Team, which is responsible for delivering IT services to all state agencies and public school districts. While leading the Data Center Team, he proposed and implemented strategies that consolidated the number of state data centers. These initiatives improved efficiency, lowered costs and reduced the environmental footprint by generating fewer greenhouse gas emissions. As a leader in IT Service Management, Justin greatly expanded services, implementing the State's first 24x7 support center and improving customer satisfaction by recruiting and developing superior talent, building relationships, and leveraging technology. During his tenure with the State, he has been an ardent student of leadership, actively striving to maximize the effectiveness of government. A native Delawarean, Justin was raised in Dover where he served with the Dover Fire Department. He currently resides in Newark with his wife, Steph.

Prior to joining EdgeCore, Lee served as Chief Commercial Officer of Vantage Data Centers, a Digital Bridge portfolio company, in a role focused on invigorating sales and marketing performance and expanding into new US and European markets. Additionally, Lee served as Senior Vice President Sales and Leasing for wholesale data center pioneer DuPont Fabros Technology (DFT), playing a key role in all aspects of the go to market strategy within North America as well as making significant contributions to the S-11 process for taking DFT public in 2007 by raising $740+ million. As founder of Kopend Ventures, Lee focused on management consulting for several firms. John Regan serves as the Chief Investment Officer and has been in the technology and facilities infrastructure space for over three decades. In his most recent role as SVP of Acquisitions and CTO for Landmark Dividend, he executed on over a $1 billion in Digital Infrastructure acquisitions. Prior to Landmark, Mr. Regan worked with Carter Validus (CV) Advisors where he was instrumental in the development and execution of the CV Mission Critical REIT I & II data center platforms from inception. Mr. Regan made CV’s first acquisition in July 2011. By October 2017, pipeline development and management led to closing over 50 deals amassing $2 billion of data center assets totaling more than 4.5M sf. Mr. Regan is a data center industry leader frequently speaking and moderating at conferences across the U.S. having a number of articles published by and about him. Mr. Regan’s experience spans over 35 years within information technology, facilities infrastructure, business development, sales and acquisitions serving in various leadership positions while also providing advisory services and consulting for multiple startups. Mr. Regan served in leadership positions for 18 years with PWC, LLP as National Director of Data Center Services, National Director of Network Services, and Director of Infrastructure Delivery. In these roles Mr. Regan led technology and facilities infrastructure engineers and project managers through the execution of more than 26,000,000 square feet of real estate projects spanning renovations, restacks, retrofits, consolidations, new builds and the merger of technology and facility infrastructure of Coopers & Lybrand and Price Waterhouse. Mr. Regan achieved recognition by ComputerWorld for PWC as the number one Green IT organization worldwide in 2010 after completion of a state of the art Tier III LEED Gold certified data center and driving other conservation practices organizationally. Mr. Regan is also an expert in BCDR having developed and executed a multi-tiered program creating PWC’s firm-wide Disaster Recovery program. As Chief Acquisitions Officer and Senior Vice President, Data Center Investment Management, Mr. Reed provides the strategic vision to turn business goals into actionable plans with appropriate risk management. As acting Principal of Longview Real Estate Advisors, a full service advisory firm to the data center and telecommunications industry with a focus on mission critical real estate assets, he was responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, leasing and management strategy. Formerly the Senior Vice President, Global Real Estate at Equinix, Inc., Mr. Reed was accountable directly to the Chief Development Officer and Real Estate Committee of the Board of Directors for the allocation and investment of $2 billion annually across 22 countries and 44 metropolitan areas. Notably while at Equinix, Mr. Reed successfully implemented a global real estate administration program with coordination across several stakeholder groups including the regional Presidents, Tax, SEC accounting and Audit. Prior to Equinix, Mr. Reed served in various roles at Level 3 Communications, most recently as Vice President, Global Real Estate and Facilities, where he was responsible for the strategic planning, investment and management of 23 million square feet of global real estate consisting of over 10,000 properties across North America, EMEA, and Latin America. More recently, Jay founded Legacy Investing with Daniel English to focus on acquiring a portfolio of industrial real estate, primarily for a core set of family offices, focused on holding for the long-term. Prior to entering the real estate business, Jay spent 15 years as a senior executive of several Internet based companies. Jay began his Internet career in 1995 at America Online where he spent his first four years negotiating all of AOL’s major transactions, including the acquisitions of Time Warner, Netscape and CompuServe. After the merger with Time Warner, Jay became the company's first COO post-merger. After leaving AOL, Jay took the role as President of Vonage where he was responsible for the entire U.S. business. After leaving Vonage, Jay was President and COO of AddThis (sold to Oracle) and most recently EVP of Corporate Development for Cricket Media, helping to take the company public. Jay is also on the Board of Advisors to the Washington Wizards NBA team and a former advisor to the Washington Capitals NHL team. Mr. Leach spent the first 15 years of his career at IBM, starting out as an engineer and then moving into sales, business development, and marketing. For the last 15 years, James has been a top marketing executive at Savvis, Internap, Neustar, Harris Corporation, and now RagingWire. At RagingWire, Mr. Leach is the overall marketing leader responsible for a data center portfolio of 1.5 million square feet and 113 megawatts of critical power in the United States and a global data center platform of 140 locations in 19 countries and regions as part of the Nexcenter brand of NTT Communications. In addition to his duties at RagingWire, Mr. Leach serves as the Chairperson of the Leadership Board for the Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure Committee of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), one of the largest and most influential technology associations in the United States. Mr. Leach also was nominated and approved by the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors to be a member of the Executive Committee of the Loudoun Economic Development Advisory Commission (EDAC), and currently serves in that role.

Mr. Goglio has more than 40 years of experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilating & Air Conditioning) Service/Construction industry gained from performing trade work and extensive project management. He is also a senior- level resource in providing project development, troubleshooting mechanical systems, and retro-commissioning management. At Boland, Mr. Goglio serves as the Subject Matter Expert for Mission Critical Data Centers including account management, preparing service contracts, service repair, and retrofit and replacement work. Mr. Goglio also supports the development team in providing site surveys, troubleshooting, design review, and retro-commissioning support. He has developed strong client relationships and gained client trust through his ability to solve customer problems and generate solutions offerings.

Ross Rebraca

Ross Rebraca has more than 25 years of experience in the data center and mission critical sectors of the construction industry. Since 2006, Ross has worked at HITT and is now the vice president of the organization's technology division. He has been instrumental in launching the Technology market sector for HITT, which manages all data center construction. Ross plays an integral part in business development for the technology group given his numerous longstanding industry contacts nationwide.

Meadows II has worked in data center cooling since 1999.  He is currently the Director of Technology with STULZ USA, a manufacturer of precision air conditioning, humidification, and dehumidification products specifically designed for the data center.  Previously David has served as both the Design Engineering Manager and the Applications Engineering Manager at Stulz.  David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.  David is also a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power School.

Jeff heads our Real Estate and Communications practices in New York and has significant experience in general commercial real estate law. Jeff’s general real estate practice includes acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and borrower’s side financing. Kylle Jordan is a Regional Business Development Manager for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED).  In her role she works closely with companies of all types to help them locate and expand in communities throughout Minnesota.  She manages DEED’s Shovel Ready program and is also the state’s industry specialist in Data Centers.
