Bob Murphy is the Managing Principal for MRP Realty. He has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, ownership and investment. He joined Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in 1987, managing the firm’s regional operations for many years as Principal. Bob’s last role with TCC was area president of the development and investment group in the Mid-Atlantic where Bob and his team completed $1.8B of investments totaling over 10 million square feet. He co-founded MRP Realty (MRP) in 2005, capitalizing on his in-depth knowledge of Mid-Atlantic real estate markets, extensive network of capital relationships, and his reputation as a collaborative and creative partner to drive the firm. Under Bob’s leadership, MRP has deployed nearly $7.8B of office, residential/mixed-use and industrial developments and acquisition investments with an active pipeline totaling over 8 million square feet. He has actively participated in leadership roles at NAIOP and ULI and at various charitable activities during his career; currently serving on the board of Habitat for Humanity of Washington D.C. Mr. Oliver T. Carr, III has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at Carr Properties Holdings LP since 2004. Mr. Carr co-founded Carr Capital Corporation in 1994 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer until 2005. Gary led the fundraising and investing efforts of Meridian Realty Partners I and II, Meridian’s discretionary private equity funds raised in 2012 and 2016. Between these two funds, Gary has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in investments with over $1 billion of equity in 15 transactions. With over 30 years of industry experience, Gary represented Meridian in its first 3 years of investments as a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Washington, DC. He then headed up the Real Estate Fund’s Acquisitions Group as a partner at The Carlyle Group, where he led and completed over $12 billion of investments with $3.4 billion of equity in nearly 200 transactions. These included the acquisition, development, structured financing, and recapitalization of office, hotel, retail, residential, industrial, land, senior living, and mixed-use properties. He also led the firm’s efforts in the formation of Carlyle Realty Partners I, II, III, IV and V – an aggregate of over $5 billion in investor commitments – before joining The Meridian Group in November 2007. Hilary Allard Goldfarb is Senior Vice President and Regional Development Officer, Mid-Atlantic Region for Rockefeller Group. Greg Fitchitt joined The Howard Hughes Corporation (HHC) as Vice President, Development in 2013. In 2014 Greg relocated to Maryland to focus on the development of Downtown Columbia, a 14 million square foot mixed use development plan to transform the suburban town center of the acclaimed master planned community into a 21st century urban village. Most recently Greg led the efforts over the past 2 years resulting in the Howard County Council’s approval in November 2016 of a $90 million TIF for public infrastructure and a comprehensive plan for affordable housing in Downtown Columbia. Before joining HHC, Greg completed nine shopping center redevelopments as a developer for Westfield on the west coast, including leading the development efforts for Westfield UTC in La Jolla, CA, obtaining entitlements for a $1.0 billion LEED Gold mixed-use revitalization, and completing the $180 million first phase in 2012. Together the Westfield projects completed under Greg’s direction represented over $530 million in investment. Greg holds a BA in Philosophy from Pomona College and an MBA from UCLA. In addition to his professional activities, Greg served for ten years on the boards of non-profit affordable housing developers in California. He currently serves as president of the Downtown Columbia Partnership and on the Howard County Chamber of Commerce board. Prior to joining MRP, Zach was Director of Acquisitions for the Mid-Atlantic region of NPV/Direct Invest, an operating partner of Lehman Brothers, and was directly responsible for the acquisition of office and warehouse properties valuing over $120 million. While at Trammell Crow Company, Zach leased over two million square feet of office space in Northern Virginia. He is an Executive Committee Member for the Washington Real Estate Group. Julia’s passion for supporting women business owners comes from her 20+ years working with small businesses, helping them manage their financial and HR needs. She is focused on building a vibrant community and network of women in business that fosters collaboration and supports the launch and growth of their businesses. In February 2018, Julia joined BEACON as a board member. BEACON is a public-private partnership between the DC Mayor’s Office, Google and The Georgetown Law. BEACON’s goal is to make Washington, DC a model city to demonstrate how investors, companies, mentors and government can work together to ensure women entrepreneurs have an equal opportunity to succeed. Julia also serves as the Economic Strengthening Chair for Tenleytown Main Street and is a member of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO).

Craig Panzirer joined Global Holdings Management Group (US) Inc. in 2017 as Senior Vice President – Director of Leasing. Global Holdings is an international alliance of real estate asset management and investment advisory companies operating across the United States, United Kingdom and Europe. Responsible for the leasing of over 7 million square feet across New York , DC and Montreal, Mr. Panzirer has completed over 2.5 million square feet of leasing and has spearheaded the $130 million repositioning of Nomad Tower. By introducing one of the most robust tenant amenity centers, Global Holdings transformed the asset into NoMad’s prime Class A office building, resulting in leases in excess of 450,000 square feet to major TAMI tenants Zillow, Transperfect, MWW and Gunderson Dettmer LLP. Since acquiring Washington Harbour in 2018, Global Holdings has continued to invest in the property, keeping it at the forefront of the Georgetown and DC submarkets. More recently, the renewal of major office tenant Foley Lardner for 95,000 rsf confirms the Washington Harbour’s continued role as a thriving, mixed-use destination steps away from historic Georgetown. Global Holdings also has plans to enhance the tenant only fitness center and has created Harbourtown, an elevated prebuilt concept with waterfront views.

Mr. Preis (along with a good team) is responsible for Gould Property Company’s downtown Washington, DC development activities and supervision of existing holdings. Since joining Gould in 1997, Garrett has been involved with, and/or directed, the development of about 2 million SF of downtown projects including: the mixed-use complex at Market Square North (office/residential), the design, entitlement and sale of 1616 Rhode Island Avenue (a PUD), the complicated acquisition, design and entitlement of 900 New York Avenue at CityCenter, and 600 Massachusetts Avenue. Mr. Preis has extensive experience in all facets of the development and investment processincluding acquisition,zoning, public and historic approvals, Transfer Development Rights (TDRs) and Combined Lot Development Rights (CLDs), PUDs, alley closings, and the entire design, leasing, marketing, construction and finance processes. Prior to joining Gould Property Company Mr. Preis was a development officer for The Kaempfer Company and was instrumental in the development of more than 1 million square feet of complex, Class A office projects including The Warner at 1299 Pennsylvania Avenue and 1900 K Street in Washington, DC. Before working at The Kaempfer Company, Garrett worked for Arthur Andersen & Co., where he provided real estate consulting, investment and financial advisory servicesto owners, developers, investors, government agencies, and corporate clients. Mr. Preis began his investment career inauspiciously on Black Monday, October 19th, 1987 at Ferris & Company, a Washington, DC based investment and brokerage firm. Mr. Preis graduated from Brandeis University. When not at work, or with his family, Garrett is usually found with his bird dogs or fishing.

Prior to being named Chief Commercial Officer, Levine held the positions of General Manager of Coworking and Head of Growth, respectively. Before joining Industrious, Levine was the co-founder of Run for America, a bipartisan political consulting firm electing the next generation of leaders to Congress, and the founding President of Born Free Africa, a private initiative to end pediatric HIV. Under her leadership, Born Free opened operations in the U.S., Nigeria, and Kenya and contributed to a 60% global decline in children newly infected with HIV. Levine started her career at McKinsey & Company, where she spent four years working with business and public sector leaders in healthcare.
