Mr. DeMartini joined Tishman Speyer in 2005 and is currently responsible for the company’s operations in the Washington, DC, region, including acquisitions, dispositions and development in the DC, Virginia and Maryland portfolios. He joined the firm as part of the Leadership Development Program, working in both New York and Los Angeles, and throughout his tenure has been responsible for the acquisition, disposition and development almost 12 million square feet of real estate, with a value of approximately $6 billion. Previously, he worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch and as a consultant for Andersen Consulting. Mr. DeMartini is Vice Chair of the Office Development Council at the Urban Land Institute and serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Child Research Center. He graduated cum laude from UCLA with a BA in business economics and received his MBA with honors from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar.

Gary is the Chief Investment Officer and a Partner of Meridian. Gary is responsible for acquisitions, capital activities and investor relations.  He also serves as Chair of the Investment Committee. Gary led the fundraising and investing efforts of Meridian Realty Partners I and II, Meridian’s discretionary private equity funds raised in 2012 and 2016. Between these two funds, Gary has completed in excess of $2.5 billion in investments with over $1 billion of equity in 15 transactions. With over 30 years of industry experience, Gary represented Meridian in its first 3 years of investments as a partner at Vinson & Elkins LLP in Washington, DC. He then headed up the Real Estate Fund’s Acquisitions Group as a partner at The Carlyle Group, where he led and completed over $12 billion of investments with $3.4 billion of equity in nearly 200 transactions. These included the acquisition, development, structured financing, and recapitalization of office, hotel, retail, residential, industrial, land, senior living, and mixed-use properties. He also led the firm’s efforts in the formation of Carlyle Realty Partners I, II, III, IV and V – an aggregate of over $5 billion in investor commitments – before joining The Meridian Group in November 2007. Gary received his B.A. from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. Gary is on the Advisory Board for George Washington University Business School's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis.

Mr. Marquez, Sr. EVP and President of Commercial Banking joined the Company in August 2011. Mr. Marquez has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry. Prior to joining EagleBank, he established the real estate lending franchise for HSBC for the Washington, DC market. Earlier he was the head of Commercial Real Estate lending at Chevy Chase Bank from 1997 to 2005 and previously held various lending positions at The Riggs National Bank in Washington, DC after starting his career at the Chase Manhattan Bank in New York.

Scott is responsible for working with lending institutions and similar capital providers, procuring new debt at both the property and fund level and managing debt across the portfolio in each fund. Scott joined Rubenstein Partners in July 2015. Prior to joining Rubenstein Partners, Scott worked at KTR Capital Partners, where he was responsible for debt originations, debt portfolio management and cash management of the funds; the debt portfolio reached over $3.0 billion in total commitments and included portfolio financings, subscription facilities, fund level unsecured debt, build-to-suit and other construction loans as well as CMBS loan assumptions. From 2006 to 2011, he worked at LBC Credit Partners, a private equity firm focused on lending to middle market companies across the United States. In 2004, Scott began his career at Duff & Phelps, where he was focused on business valuation financial advisory. Scott graduated from University of Maryland in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science.

Tyler Horton, a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal Taxand, LLC, advises public and closely held business clients, primarily in the private equity and real estate industries. He specializes in technical issues relating to flow through entities including partnerships and corporations. His experience includes planning for complex transactions and providing a full range of tax services that encompass initial planning through implementation and the preparation of the related tax returns. His practice also includes significant work in the area of IRS audit and other related controversy support. Mr. Horton has worked with his clients in all phases of their operations advising on both economic and income tax consequences of potential transactions. He has consulted with his clients on the structuring of transactions related to the acquisition and disposition of operating companies as well as major portfolios of real estate assets. As a result of his work with closely held businesses and their family ownership structures, Mr. Horton has considerable experience in the areas of individual income tax and estate tax planning including the related tax reporting. Prior to joining A&M in 2004, Mr. Horton spent six years with Arthur Andersen in the Washington, DC Real Estate and Financial Services group and a boutique real estate tax consulting firm where he served as a manager. Mr. Horton earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from The College of William and Mary, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Virginia.

Brandon Ernst is the Senior Executive Vice President at Lincoln Property Company. Brandon has thirty years of diversified professional experience in real estate property management and facilities. His primary responsibility is the oversight of Lincoln Property Company’s Mid Atlantic Region for a variety of institutional third party managed real estate assets including high and low rise commercial office buildings, retail centers, service centers/warehouse facilities and industrial parks totaling approximately 26 million square feet.

Gerry directs investment sales and real estate investment banking activities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and is a member of Transwestern’s Board of Directors. Based in Washington, D.C., his primary focus is originating, structuring and executing commercial investment sales and capital market transactions for institutional, corporate, and private owners of real estate. Gerry has more than 27 years of real estate transaction experience representing over $10 billion in value. Since joining Transwestern in 1999, Gerry has sold over 30 million square feet of commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic Region. Gerry’s clients include local investors as well as institutional firms such as AEW, ARA, ASB, Ares, Alex. In this capacity, he was involved in the acquisition of sale/leaseback transactions, the workout of real estate loans and leveraged equities, and the liquidation of national portfolio. Christopher Auth joined PS Business Parks in 2006 as a Senior Leasing Director in charge of leasing for the Maryland Region portfolio. He was promoted to Portfolio Manager, Maryland Region in 2010 where he helped oversee all leasing and property management operations. In 2013, his role expanded as he assumed the Regional Manager, Leasing role for the entire 6.5M square foot Washington Metro Division. In 2014, Mr. Auth was appointed to his current role as Vice President - ​​Washington Metro Division where he oversees all leasing, management and strategic decisions for the Washington Metro portfolio. A Washington DC native, Mr. Auth earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA where he studied Economics and was a four year member of the Division I-AA football team. After college, he worked for six years in the financial services industry, including John Hancock Financial Services. Mr. Auth spent eight years with a regional real estate owner/developer, Cummings Properties in Woburn, MA as a property manager and leasing director

Allison Johnson Senior Vice President – Director of Property Management Allison Johnson has over 13 years of commercial real estate management experience and is MRP Realty’s Director of Property Management. She oversees the portfolio of over 9 million square feet and 150 employees, partnering with senior management to strategically grow this business. Since Allison joined MRP, the company’s management portfolio has grown from 3.5 million square feet to over 9 million square feet today. This includes opening two new market offices for the company; in Philadelphia and New York. At MRP, Allison has hired more than 50 people and she oversees a field staff of over 100 people. Before joining MRP in 2014, Allison was Director of Property Management for Republic Properties with responsibility for their 3 million square foot Metro DC portfolio of office and retail, as well as projects under development. She took over 1 million square feet of base building and tenant projects through LEED certification. Prior to Republic Properties, Allison managed portfolios with CarrAmerica and Brookfield, ranging from 1 million to 3 million square feet. Allison received her B.A in Public Policy and Sociology from Syracuse University and is a LEED Green Associate.

Mark McLauthlen is the Director of Business Development for Honest Buildings mid-Atlantic region. He is an experienced software director and specializes in working with real estate owners to create operational efficiencies through technology. Mark has been with Honest Buildings for two years and he's excited to be a part of the continuous growth of CRE tech.

Mr. Watters is a senior managing director and is the officer responsible for new business procurement and execution, development, acquisitions, asset and property management activities in the Mid-Atlantic region. He currently serves on the Finance, Operations & Tenant Relations Committee. Since joining Hines in 1989, Watters has been involved in a variety of development projects and transactions aggregating more than 15 million square feet. Watters earned a BA in History from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia University.

Powered by tenacity, Wendy Feldman Block, brings extensive experience working on a broad range of transactions in the Washington DC Metro area and beyond. She is an award-winning commercial real estate executive serving as an Executive Managing Director at Savills. Wendy is passionate about wellness in the workplace and was the first broker in the world to advise a client on achieving both WELL and LEED Platinum certifications. She is actively sought for her knowledge on the role of wellness in the workplace, all the more critical in the future post COVID world and has a new additional focus on ESG for tenants. Vincent C. Ng, AIA, LEED AP, is a Principal and the Director of Interiors for HOK’s office in Washington, D.C. With 22 years of experience as a project manager, designer and architect, he has worked on a wide variety of interior design and architecture projects. Vincent oversees interiors operations and client relationships while engaging clients and projects team to explore dynamic, value-driven design solutions. He is a member of HOK’s firm-wide management board and the DC office’s leadership group, guiding HOK’s practice both regionally and globally. Vincent is also an avid cyclist.

John Sikaitis is Managing Director of Research, Advisory & Business Development for JLL’s Mid-Atlantic business based out of Washington, DC. In his current role, John leads the region’s Research, Business Development and Advisory teams and serves as the regional Head Strategist, advising our business on day- to-day business pursuits and our clients on real estate strategies. John joined the firm in 2005 as Director of Research for the Mid-Atlantic Region. In 2007, John took on the role of Director of Research for Mid-Atlantic and Southeast platforms. In 2009, John assumed the role Head of Office Research, Americas, leading the firm’s overall analysis, message and outlook for the macro U.S. and Canada office sector in a timely thoughtful, thorough, proactive and consultative approach. John added responsibilities beyond the office role in 2011, also assuming the role of Head of Local Markets Research for the U.S., taking on leadership of all of our U.S.-based local researchers and platforms. John’s focus was to grow and differentiate the local market expertise and quality of the firm’s research across 50+ markets. Amy Carbins works with real estate clients in structuring, negotiating and executing complex commercial real estate transactions. Amy advises owners, developers, investors, lenders and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, financings, restructurings, leases and other matters related to commercial real estate. Her experience includes transactions involving office buildings, hotels and resorts, shopping centers, mixed-use projects, multi-family and industrial properties. Amy’s clients appreciate her focus on creating practical solutions for complex problems with careful analysis and an emphasis on mitigating risk. Amy advises lenders and borrowers in construction, bridge and permanent financings. Her finance experience includes multi-jurisdiction/multi-property portfolios, preferred equity and mezzanine debt, CMBS and syndicated debt arrangements and other structured finance transactions. She also advises clients on leasing and asset management matters for office, retail and industrial properties including work with landlords and tenants on headquarters leases, single-tenant buildings, new construction leasing and representation of landlords owning large, multi-state portfolios. Prior to relocating to Washington, DC, Amy spent several years in the firm's San Francisco office.

Greg Meyer serves as the Washington, DC Regional Head for Brookfield Properties, which consists of 7 million square feet located in Washington, DC, Northern Virginia and suburban Maryland. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing day-to- day operations of Brookfield’s Greater DC portfolio. In his 28 year career, Mr. Meyer has held executive level positions with Equity Office Properties, Trammell Crow Company and Penzance Company. Mr. Meyer holds a BA degree from Hamilton College and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School. He is past President of the board of directors for the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District and sits on the board of directors for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association. He is a member of the Economic Club of Washington, DC and Federal City Council. Mr. Meyer and Brookfield Properties are active supporters of Special Olympics of DC, Cristo Rey High School in the District of Columbia, and The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Washington.

Ron Ngiam has over 28 years of architectural and interior design experience. He plays a key role for many signi cant projects as a senior project manager and project designer with experience in master planning, site planning, building design, corporate interiors, and broadcast facilities. His understanding of a variety of types and scales of projects has earned him a reputation for bridging complex design needs with innovative design solutions.

With more than 25 years in the industry, Mark has spent his career working on commercial projects of all sizes, ranging from small, complex occupied renovations to out of the ground headquarters. He has spent the last 19 years of his career working around the Washington, D.C. metro area for customers including the National Regulatory Commission, Booz Allen Hamilton and the United Way Worldwide. In that time, Mark has been involved in the construction of more than $250 million of office projects throughout the area. Currently managing DPR’s Special Services Group (SSG), which focuses on small to mid-size interior projects, Mark expertly matches the individual talents of the team members with project requirements, helping to ensure project success regardless of size or scope. He has a deep understanding of the D.C. Metro market construction trends, costs and subcontractor capacity. Mark completed his education in construction technology in London England and worked on many construction projects most notably the Lloyds Redevelopment project in London. He then moved to New York before eventually relocating to Washington, D.C. in 1998.

Mr. Sullivan has over 30 years of experience in the design of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and life safety systems for government, commercial and institutional facilities. His expertise includes managing large teams of multi-discipline design professionals on complex renovation projects, performing detailed lease reviews, and due diligence investigations. As the owner and founder of WFT Engineering, his day-to-day responsibilities include oversight of MEP/FP engineering activities, project management, accounting, marketing, and client relations. Mr. Sullivan is also qualified as an expert witness regarding codes. He has been a featured speaker and panelist at professional symposiums and events including Bisnow's 5th Annual Real Estate Strategies for Associations and Law Firms in 2015 and the Federal Markets & Property Summit on Architecture and Design on "New Initiatives in Green Building & Sustainability".

Todd Stokes, managing partner of the Tysons, Virginia office, has been with Baker Tilly since 2001. He provides oversight and leadership to the professionals serving the greater Washington, D.C. area and is a member of the firm’s management committee. Duncan serves as a Firmwide Leader of Gensler’s Commercial Office Building Developers Practice Area and as a Design Director for architecture in our Washington, D.C. office. In a career spanning more than three decades, he has designed buildings for a variety of institutional and commercial clients in the U.S. Mid-Atlantic region, Europe, Asia and Australia, earning recognition from the AIA, NAIOP, U.S. Air Force and Arlington County, among others, for award-winning work. Duncan’s passion for high-performance buildings and sustainable design has led to LEED® certification for many of his projects, including three at the Platinum level. He’s been a featured speaker at conferences for the Urban Land Institute, the AIA Academy of Architecture for Justice and Bisnow Washington, D.C. Duncan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Bath in England and is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
