He is Managing Partner-Consulting at KEANE, providing the lead on strategic F&B consulting for KEANE’s studios in the UK, Dubai and Riyadh. KEANE has established itself as one of the Middle East’s leading F&B consulting and design firms. He has previously held regional leadership roles at Starwood/Marriott for EMEA, IHG (SE Asia) Hilton (Europe) and E&Y Consulting.

An accomplished former Wall Street attorney, banking & financial services executive, Sharron has over 30 years of experience starting, building, and navigating businesses through competitive and complex regulatory environments. She possesses a diverse skill set and is recognized for having raised in excess of $US2 billion in direct foreign investment to fund infrastructure development primarily in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is one of the chief architects behind some of Africa’s most iconic women’s investment initiatives and funds including the Graça Machel Trust, the 2X Collaborative and the Africa 50 Fund. She is Co-Founder and former CEO of Africa’s largest women’s infrastructure investment group, Women in Infrastructure Development & Energy Pty Ltd (WINDE) – a consortium with over 2,000 women SME owners in infrastructure and the related sectors that has measurably and positively impacted the lives of over 1 million people. Sharron is Co-Founder and former Executive Director of the Centre for Disruptive Technologies (CDT), an affiliate of the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business where she serves as a Senior Adjunct in Project Finance. She is member of the faculty of Singularity University where her focus is on advancing technologies for a climate resilient future. She is a Senior Non-Resident fellow of the Stimson Center, a bi-partisan think tank based in Washington, D.C. She has served as a strategic advisor on high impact resilience investing for a number of global corporations including the Shell Foundation, Chevron and Alexander Forbes. Her development finance and government advisory work includes the World Bank & IFC, the African Development Bank, the Development Finance Corporation and the governments of Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa. More recently she advised the United States Federal Government on the sustainable job creation aspects of the Inflation Reductions Act of 2022. In 2023 she conceptualized the Green Jobs Machine, an AI-enabled climate resilience analytics platform that provides actionable insights and resilience investing frameworks to government, industry and community-based end users. Current collaborative partners for the Green Jobs Machine include the Luxembourg Institute of Science & Technology. Sharron earned a Doctorate in Jurisprudence (Columbia University School of Law), Honours in International Trade & Finance (University of Toulon), Bachelor of Arts in Economics (The College of William & Mary), and Post-Doctoral Studies in Exponential Technologies (Singularity University). She serves as a Non-Executive Director, as well as Strategic Advisor, to a number of publicly traded and private companies. She is a member of the South African Institute of Directors (IOD) and the National Association for Corporate Directors in the United States.

Doruk Malhan graduated from FMV Işık High School in 1993 and completed his undergraduate education in 1998 at Boğaziçi University, Department of Sociology. After completing his master's degree at Boğaziçi University, he attended Negotiation Techniques at Harvard Law School, one of the world's leading law faculties, and received a certificate on entrepreneurship at Babson College. Doruk Malhan also completed the Designing and Executing Corporate Revitalisation at Harvard Business School. Doruk Malhan is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Koleksiyon Mobilya. He has also managed the activities of Koleksiyon Mobilya on global growth strategies, corporate finance, and IPO process for the last 5 years.

Dr. Kunstadter graduated from U.M.K.C Dental School. While there, she co-founded the U.M.K.C Dental Outreach Program. The program has taken students, facility and alumni to third world countries to provide dental care for 25 years. Dr. Kunstadter has led and participated in over 24 medical mission trips worldwide since 1982. Dr. Kunstadter has been in private practice of dentistry for over 35 years. In 2001, she co-founded The Smile Salon, the Midwest’s first Dental Spa. In 2004, she was designated an “Innovator “ by the Invisalign Corporation. In 2008, she achieved the designation of Elite Preferred Provider with Invisalign, which is awarded to only 1% of Invisalign providers in the world. Dr. Kunstadter was the first woman dentist to be awarded this honor. She is an international speaker with Invisalign and continued to receive Elite Status during her tenure at the Smile Salon. In 2013, Dr. Kunstadter was appointed the Dental Director of The PAINS Alliance of Kansas City, an organization developed to address chronic pain nationwide. She is the co-founder of The TeleDentists, the first Teledental platform to provide dental consultation services to the healthcare industry. The TeleDentists was ready and able to respond to Covid 19 in 2020 and saw a 1200% increase in revenue from our customers. Dr. Kunstadter spends countless hours advocating for dental/medical integration as a solution for improving healthcare. She is CEO of The TeleDentists, a member of CTel Advisory Board as the first dentist, she is a founding member of the Tele-Oral Coalition. Dr. Kunstadter is a lifetime member of the American Telemedicine Association, a member of the Alphas and spends her spare time enjoying her grandchildren.

Mr. Terra is an award-winning visionary design strategist and executive leader who is passionate about developing products and projects that empower and enrich human experience and build capacity for the world. He creates and integrates next-generation solutions, technologies, and designs centered on the human element and environmental stewardship, with strong metrics for long-term growth and measured success. His experience extends across many disciplines. His studies in the Fine Arts established a strong foundation that allows for fluidity and creativity to be applied to a broad spectrum of sectors and markets. From branding and positioning to architectural design, management, operations, development, blockchain technologies, marketing, innovative and road maps, storytelling, and strategic consultancy. He is especially adept at integrating technologies to achieve new dimensions and advancement of experience and definition for the world that we live in. His background consists of extensive world travel throughout China, Korea, Japan, UK, EU, Afghanistan, Haiti, Kenya, Turkey, UAE, and throughout the United States, working as a leader, consultant, and contractor in diverse projects and markets. He brings a large, well-qualified network of governmental, enterprise, technology, resources, and investors to project opportunities, and custom-tailors the right team for optimal project success. With his experience in the US Army, study as a Fine Arts Major, and Master of Architecture Program, combined with over 25 years of design practice, executive leadership in establishing networks and spearheading successful projects, he brings integrative management skills to projects and teams, from conception to implementation, combining conventional strategies with out-of-the-box, asymmetric processes.

Scott Stewart is the Founder and Managing Partner of Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a national seniors housing investment firm. CSH is a joint venture partner with one of the largest university endowments in the United States, and in 2013 became the first partner in the endowment’s direct investment business to recognize the sale of a portfolio of assets. CSH also partners with The Carlyle Group (Carlyle), one of the world’s largest private equity groups with $185.0 billion under management. Both CSH and Carlyle are headquartered in Washington, D.C. CSH was formed in the fall of 2003 with a mission to opportunistically acquire, develop and own independent living, assisted living and continuum of care retirement communities (CCRCs) in major U.S. markets. CSH utilizes third party operators to manage the facilities on a fee or joint venture basis. To date, the company has amassed a nationwide portfolio of more than 50 assets valued at more than $1.0 billion. CSH has also realized a combined gross profit of $335 million for its investors with the timely sale of certain assets within a seven year period. This track record has enabled the company to post an overall portfolio IRR in excess of 52%. Prior to forming CSH, Mr. Stewart ran the Acquisitions Group for Sunrise Senior Living, one of the country’s premier seniors housing service providers. Before that, he headed up the acquisitions, development and construction efforts for Homestead Village, Security Capital Group’s extended-stay hotel company. Throughout his career, Stewart has been a featured speaker at industry events, most recently with the National Investment Center for Seniors Housing & Care (NIC) and InterFace Seniors Housing Business. Mr. Stewart is currently an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University, teaching the class “Multifamily, Affordable & Seniors Housing” (MPRE 709-40) for the university’s Masters in Real Estate Program. Active in the community, he is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the boards of the American Seniors Housing Association (ASHA) and Hopecam, a nonprofit organization that uses technology to connect children undergoing cancer treatment with their classmates. In 2013, he founded Seniors4Seniors, a scholarship program that rewards college-bound high school seniors who have demonstrated active, consistent and dedicated involvement in their local seniors housing communities. Mr. Stewart earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in Boston, Massachusetts and a BBA from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Daniel Tyler is the Finance Director at National Senior Communities (NSC), Inc., the not-for-profit member of and supporting organization to the largest system of not-for-profit continuing care retirement communities in the United States. In this role, Dan is responsible for all operations and development of the organization’s finance department, inclusive of creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, auditing, investing, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures for the organization. Additionally, he leads strategic business planning based on the analysis of the organization’s status and financial forecasts. He is also responsible for advising the NSC and its supported communities on implementation of all budget and finance initiatives. Prior to joining NSC, Dan served as Finance Director for Business Strategy and Development at Erickson Living. He was responsible for overseeing the Financial Modeling and New Development group, whose responsibilities include the development of project budgets and proposed valuations for new acquisition and growth opportunities. He provided support to the Corporate Treasury through negotiation and closings of recent financing transactions. He also oversaw the Pre-Construction group, whose responsibilities include the development of in-house bid analysis and construction cost estimates. He was the recipient of the 2015 Erickson Leader of the Year award. Dan previously worked for a prominent Real Estate Investment Trust in Washington, DC. He was responsible for developing project budgets and valuations for commercial lease transactions in both the private and federal government sectors. After earning his Bachelor of Arts from Boston University, he began his career working for a civil litigation law firm in Boston, MA. He earned his MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He is a husband and proud father of a daughter.

Oussama Souadi is Partner at Gragg Cardona Partners and leads the development activities for the organization. For more than two decades Gragg Cardona Partners has been supporting and investing in the positive transformation of neighborhoods in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Our sense of purpose, energy, transparency and collaborative character underlay the creation of more than 1,100 units of rental/for sale housing, including nearly 400 affordable units, plus 71,500 square feet of new neighborhood oriented commercial space. Many of these residential spaces are the result of partnerships with local governments and or agencies wanting to re-energize neighborhoods, stimulate economic development and empower residents. Our work has won the support of institutional investors, and national/local lenders. We’re comfortable and experienced partnering with local governments, negotiating win-win outcomes with community stakeholders, layering financial resources and crafting localized land disposition agreements, and developing high quality places for people to live, work, and play.

Mike Chiappa has served as Senior Vice President of Real Estate at APAH since January 2023. Previously, he has held numerous roles at APAH including Vice President of Real Estate Development and Director of Real Estate Development. Mike oversees all aspects of APAH’s $720.5M real estate development portfolio, including acquisition, entitlement, financial underwriting, legal documentation, and construction management, in addition to asset management since September 2022. Mike joined APAH in August of 2013 and served as the project manager for APAH’s first 4%/9% hybrid tax credit project, Columbia Hills, a 229-unit development that was completed in August 2018. The project won several awards in 2019, including the ULI Washington Trends Award for Excellence in Affordable Housing and the Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference Award for Best Affordable Housing Development. Under his leadership, APAH has received prestigious awards for its outstanding contributions to affordable housing. APAH’s Gilliam Place was presented with the Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference Award for Best Affordable Housing Development, for a second consecutive year in 2020. In 2021, APAH was named Developer of the Year by HAND, the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers. APAH’s Queens Court Apartments was a recipient of Urban Land Institute’s inaugural 2022 Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Attainable Housing award, joining developers that span from the United States to Canada. APAH’s Lucille and Bruce Terwilliger Place, the organization’s first project with a veteran preference, received the Virginia Governor’s Housing Conference Award for Best Affordable Housing Development, the same year. Mike has doubled the size of the real estate team since 2018, attracting top talent to fuel the organization’s growth.

Mr. Abdul-Malik joined The NHP Foundation (NHPF) in 2012 soon after receiving his Master of Science in Commercial Real Estate Development from the University of Maryland, College Park. In his role as vice-president, he is responsible for the full scope of affordable housing development, including site feasibility, due diligence review, developing and managing capital and operating budgets, raising public and private debt and equity, and overseeing teams of design, engineering, and construction professionals. He is knowledgeable in complex financing and ownership structures with both new construction and acquisition/rehabilitations using sources of funds that include 4% and 9% LIHTC, tax-exempt bonds, state/city soft money, conventional debt and affordable housing grants (i.e. FHLB). His experience also includes solar financing and structuring, extensive work with housing authorities via the RAD program, Tenant Opportunity to Purchase Act (TOPA) acquisition and redevelopments in the District of Columbia with tenant groups, and large-scale urban scattered site redevelopment. Mr. Abdul-Malik is also an integral part of the acquisitions team. He provides valuable experience and expertise when responding city, state and housing authority issued RFPs, assessment of new acquisitionsin the Maryland/District of Columbia corridor and offering his specific local expertise of Baltimore City which led to NHPF being selected as the master developer for a neighborhood redevelopment of 17-acres in Baltimore City, MD. Aside from his professional experience, Mr. Abdul-Malik donates his time as a mentor to several high school and college students as well as being an active contributor to the Urban Land Institutes Urban Plan Program which teaches basic concepts of real estate development to high school and college students, and local government officials. He also sits on the Montgomery County Planning Department’s Art Review Committee, the Generation HAND board for the Housing Association of Nonprofit Developers and represents NHPF on the Washington Nationals Youth Baseball Academy Landlords/ Property Owner’s roundtable. Lastly, he is a volunteer youth bowling coach for the Linthicum AMF Lanes in Glen Burnie, MD and a volunteer youth basketball coach for the Old Court Recreation Center in Old Court, MD.

Under his guidance, SRH has transformed the 151-unit community with upgrades and technology, navigating HUD 202 to HUD 223f transitions for sustainable housing solutions. A decorated US Veteran, Dr. Luster's entrepreneurial vision drives impactful, sustainable change in senior living and healthcare sectors, advancing innovative solutions that address real-world challenges.

As Vice President of New England, Jack is responsible for the overall strategy and management of Evolution’s footprint within the New England market.
