First 24 Hours Following a Ticket Purchase: We offer full refunds within 24 hours of your purchase. You can receive a refund by emailing us at eventregistration@bisnow.com
After 24 Hours of Purchase we offer the following:
1) Send someone else in your place (click "modify tickets" in email confirmation order OR login to your bisnow account)
2) Receive a credit towards another event in the amount of your ticket. Credits are valid for one year after the issue date. Once a credit is issued, your ticket will be no longer active.
**Within 12 Hours of the Event Commencing: If you haven’t emailed us by this time for a credit or to send someone else in your place, your ticket is non-refundable, as we’ve already incurred the costs related to your attendance
In the Case of Rescheduling: If Bisnow has to move an event date you will be notified via email and your ticket is valid for the new date. If you can not attend the new date you will be given a credit towards another event in the amount of your ticket. Credits are valid for one year after the issue date. Alternatively, you can send someone else in your place (click "modify tickets" in email confirmation order OR login to your bisnow account).
We happily allow your colleage to take your place. You can modify your tickets by clicking "modify tickets" in your event confirmation, or you can go to the event and we can gladly change it onsite at the event.
Yes, we do allow for ticket purchases onsite at the event. Please be advised that there is an onsite fee of $10 or more.
Our attendee lists will be emailed to attendee that purchased one 2-3 days before the event. If you do not receive the attendee list, you can access it by logging into your bisnow account and clicking "my purchases."
Our credits are emailed to the customer who purchased the tickets. You will see a credit in the format: "BISCRED_____."
Copy and paste that promo code in the first page of checkout where it says "have a promo code? enter it here." This will redeem the value of your credit.
First, please check your spam. If there's still nothing, it's likely that your email provider may be filtering Bisnow’s emails. The best course of action is to send a message to your IT team with the request that they "whitelist" Bisnow. This will make sure our emails make it through to your inbox.

There are two likely scenarios that would trigger a user to receive duplicate emails. You may be receiving forwarded emails from a former colleague, or we may have your email in our system under an alias (e.g. joe@bisnow.com and joe.smith@bisnow.com)
Open an email from Bisnow and scroll to the footer where we denote which email address we sent the message to. Click “unsubscribe” in the footer for the address you no longer wish to receive Bisnow emails.
To ensure you have completely unsubscribed, make sure to click “Unsubscribe” in the footer of a Bisnow email. If you clicked “Not Interested In This Event” you will no longer receive email advertisements about that event, but you have not unsubscribed from Bisnow.
We also see this issue when we have an email in our system twice under an alias (e.g. joe@bisnow.com and joe.smith@bisnow.com) or if a former colleague’s inbox is forwarding to you.
Open an email from Bisnow and scroll to the footer where we denote which email address we sent the message to. Click “unsubscribe” in the footer for the address you no longer wish to receive Bisnow emails.
That magnifying glass symbol at the top-right of our website will allow you to search through Bisnow's entire history of articles, or click here to access our search page. If you prefer seeing the whole e-newsletter your desired article appeared in, then search our archives.

The recipe called for an entire loaf of bread to be hollowed before spreading peanut butter, caramelized bananas, honey, and thick cut bacon. The whole thing was then cooked on a griddle.
