Bisnow Exclusive: Levey Gears Up Two
Levey Group just wrapped construction of Building C in its Northwest Place Industrial Park, and now its in for permit on the next two facilities there. (If they're not called Buildings D & E, then we're going back to Sesame Street to complain.)
We snapped the Levey team (including prez David Ebro, in the suit) in the doorway of Building A, a 23k SF office/warehouse thats complete and available to lease. (Behind them is Building B, the 18k SF office/warehouse fully leased to GHX Industries.) David says the project sits on a tricky 7.5-acre site at the corner of West Little York and Bingle; its 2 deep in the flood line and pipelines practically box it in. (A perfect spot for a medieval castle.)
Cushman & Wakefields Beau Kaleel and Jim Foreman (not pictured) are handling leasing. Buildings D and E will front West Little York and will each have about 10k SF of warehouse space. Throw in Building C18k SF of office/warehouse that just deliveredand the project will total 79k SF of office/warehouse space. David announced the firm has 17.5 acres under contract at Aldine Westfield, and hell unveil a spec development plan there in a few months.
