Healthcare Reform Implication Delayed

IREM's January panel offered some reassurance for employees: Healthcare isn't going anywhere. The group believes most companies will try to stay competitive for top talent by continuing to offer healthcare plans rather than kick them to exchanges. But employers have more time to make their decisions—employer mandates were delayed to Jan. 1, 2015.
