Seventeen15 Under Construction
The Energy Corridor is getting plenty of multifamily attentionits also where Allen Harrison Co recently launched construction of Seventeen15 Enclave. The firm owns Chalfonte, an existing 86-unit property adjacent to the site; its remodeling that asset and adding 120 units plus luxury amenities and a clubhouse. (We hope phase 1 includes coming up with a secret handshake to enter the clubhouse.) Renovated units will be available this month, and new units will deliver this fall. Allen Harrison Development prez Rene Joubert (above, we snapped him far left with Clay Hodge, Paul Forbes, and Will Harper) says the timeline is important because few new units will be completed this year.
Chalfonte will be no more; the entire 206-unit community will be branded as Seventeen15 Enclave. Units in the Class-A property will range from 733 to 1,205 SF. AHC Construction (an affiliated firm) is the GC. Rene tells us AHC is in predevelopment on several sites in Texas and the South, and it's in the ground already on The Remington Katy, a 352-unit project.
