Younan Properties signed 262k SF of new deals and renewals in its seven Houston properties over the past 12 months. CEO Zaya Younan says the portfolio is trending above projections for 2013 and is on track to exceed last years performance. Thats considerable, since 2012 recorded the most absorption since 06. Younan Square (1010 Lamar) saw the most activity with 85k SF signed to legal and energy-related groups.
