New CEO At Hartman
Houston-based Hartman Short Term Income Properties XX has named a new CEO.
Chief Operating Officer Mark Torok will replace company founder Al Hartman, who will move to executive chairman, per a company news release.
Torok comes to the role with more than 30 years of regulatory, compliance, securities and real estate experience.
“I’m honored to lead this company and this great team,” he said in a statement. “I look forward to continuing to work with Al as we focus shareholder value over the long term.”
Hartman will advise Torok and the board of directors in his new role.
Hartman Properties' commercial real estate portfolio is valued at close to $1B and includes 59 properties across Texas, according to its website.
