Anchor Tenant Renews 189k SF Pennzoil Place Lease

Bracewell & Giuliani has signed a 189k SF lease renewal at Pennzoil Place. The deal is one of the largest office leases in the CBD this year.
Transwestern negotiated the deal on behalf of the building’s owner, Metropolis Investment Holdings. Transwestern SVP David Lee says the Downtown Houston market is highly competitive, and he's very pleased Bracewell & Giuliani elected to recommit to Pennzoil Place as its Houston HQ. The lease is another long-term one.
