Renovated Greenspoint Business Park Draws New Tenants

After undergoing renovation and rebranding, Hardy Properties at Intercontinental has landed new tenants. Caldwell Cos SVP Bill Ginder and team inked seven leases totaling 25k SF. Rapid Laser signed the biggest lease, a five-year deal for 12k SF, the Houston Chronicle reports.
HPI Holdings, a Houston-based company owned by Hal Pontez, owns the 34-building office and industrial park, just west of Hardy Road in Greenspoint.
In October, he bought 30 buildings in the park as an investment to improve the neighborhood around his business. He’s put $3.5M of repairs and renovations into the old buildings, which total 865k SF. And Hal says he’s just getting started. [Chron]
