Nexus Health Systems has found the multimillion-dollar renovations at One Riverway to its liking. The tenant expanded its footprint in the 481K SF building to 15K SF, finishing off a strong week of renewals and expansions.
CBRE’s Steve Rocher, Kristen Rabel and Parker Duffie repped Riverway Holdings in lease negotiations with Nexus Health, which was represented by Taylor Wright of NAI Partners and Scot Ison of Axis Tenant Advisors.

Babcock & Wilcox Power Generations renewed 7,900 SF at the 363 North Sam Houston Pkwy. building in Houston. Moody Rambin’s Terri Torregrossa and Kurt Kistler repped the building owners. Colliers’ Chad Bolding repped the tenant.

NAI’s Partners John Ferruzzo and Chris Kugle repped Mascorp in the renewal of a 43K SF warehouse at 4310 Campbell Road in Houston. Insite Realty's Steve Hazel represented the landlord, Cabot.

Texas Engineering and Mapping leased 10K SF and HomeTeam Pest Defense leased 6K SF at 12710 Century Drive in Stafford. The newly acquired property is now 100% leased. Lee & Associates principals Taylor Schmidt and Reed Vestal repped the landlord in both transactions.

Stream Realty Partners' Anthony Squillante renewed a 29K SF lease for KBC Advanced Technologies at 15021 Katy Fwy. Lincoln Property's Kevin Wyatt repped the landlord, Invesco.

Marcus & Millichap’s Dave Knobler completed the sale of Longhorn Self Storage, a 334-unit self-storage facility in Katy. Knobler repped the seller and procured the buyer.
FINANCING
Rick Clark of BMC Capital's Houston office arranged a $4.9M refinance for a multifamily property in Houston. The loan included 80% loan to value, amortized over 30 years.
