A new luxury apartment is coming to the Heights.
The 12-story community features high-end units and includes a three-level concrete garage at 510 West 20th St., Houston.
The multifamily development will have one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 850 SF to 1,900 SF. Penthouses will be available on level 12 ranging from 1,700 SF to 2,300 SF.
On-site amenities include a clubroom, a business center, fitness and yoga rooms, a resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen and a high-end sky lounge on the top floor.
“We are excited to be a part of the growing Heights area and provide luxury living choices for future residents," Meeks + Partners partner Trevor Meeks said. "The Heights community is a great place to live and play.”
The project is designed by Houston-based architect Meeks + Partners and developed by Greystar.

He will serve on the firm's executive committee and board of directors and will direct investment and analytics initiatives across three Transwestern companies. Harris County inked a 49K SF office lease at 13105 Northwest Freeway, Houston. The Harris County Engineering Department - Recovery and Resiliency Division, Harris County Flood Control District and the Community Services Department will occupy offices on the fourth and sixth floors to increase the number of professionals necessary to deliver flood-risk reduction projects throughout the county. New York City-based real estate developer DMG Investments LLC is relaunching Auden Houston, previously known as Savoy Apartments and previously managed by Peak Campus, at 5500 Sampson St., Houston. The student housing brand will be managed by the DMG team. Auden Houston is under renovation and is expected to be completed by the end of August. The 162-unit furnished and unfurnished community features one- to four-bedroom floor plans with full-size washer/dryer, upgraded new kitchens and enhanced on-site security network. On-site amenities include a pool, a parking garage and a clubhouse with WiFi.

GreenSpace Self-Storage LLC is constructing a 1,000-unit self-storage development at Kingsley Drive and Shadow Creek Parkway in Pearland. The Class-A facility will offer 100K SF of rental space with a variety of climate-controlled options. The two-building, three-story complex will feature 24-hour surveillance, electronic access control and a retail-oriented customer service office. JLL's Chris Bergmann Jr. represented GreenSpace in the acquisition of the 2.4-acre tract.
