This Week's Houston Deal Sheet: New 16K SF Medical Office Building Secures First Tenant
JLL announced that Telfair Medical Court, a new Class-A medical office in Sugar Land, secured its first tenant. Edloe Imaging will take 5,600 SF, leaving 10,500 SF of medical office space available for prospective tenants.
The building delivered this month. Identity Architects served as the architect, and Identity Built was the general contractor.
The property features storefront glass and bookended entry towers clad in dark porcelain tile, as well as a covered outdoor amenity space with seating.
Madeline Cleary of JLL is spearheading leasing efforts for property owner Edloe Ventures.
“The strategic central location between major hospitals, combined with Sugar Land's growing population, positions Telfair Medical Court as the ideal choice for surgery centers, imaging facilities, medical clinics, and general office users,” Cleary said in a news release.
