Ribbon Cutting At New Senior Living Community In League City

The Crossings seniors community at 255 N Egret Bay Blvd in League City is now open and ready to serve about 300 residents. Methodist Retirement Communities broke ground on the $74M project two years ago. The property consist of 116 independent living apartments, 34 assisted living apartments, 48 skilled nursing apartments and 24 memory support apartments, reports the Houston Chronicle.
Senior living and active adult markets are hot across Houston. Stream recently broke ground on its own community in Copperfield. The investments follow a national trend catering to a rapidly aging population. [Chron]
