The Deal Sheet
PMRG topped out Woodbranch 3 and broke ground on Woodbranch 4 on the same day. (Thank goodness childbirth doesn’t work this way.)
Woodbranch 3, or Jacobs Plaza, will deliver in August. Jacobs Engineering is the anchor tenant, and 52.3% remains available for lease. Woodbranch 4 will serve as Sasol North America’s new HQ; it took down the entire building. It’ll deliver in April 2015. Both buildings are seven stories and 171k SF apiece. They’re both LEED Silver, and they’ll share a fitness facility and café as well as access to Terry Hershey Park trail via Addick’s Reservoir.
