Levey Buys Land to Expand Northwest Place

Levey Group purchased two contiguous land tracts totaling 7.8 acres to expand its Northwest Place Industrial Park. The new sites sit across West Little York and fronts that road as well as North Houston Rosslyn Road. Preliminary site plans call for the addition of four properties topping 120k SF of single- and multi-tenant industrial/flex space. The existing park's five single-tenant buildings (which range from 10k to 23k SF) are 100% occupied.
