A New Luxury Community Is Ready For Montgomery County
Touting waterfront living within the Valley Ranch master-planned community, a luxury apartment complex has welcomed its first residents, according to a release by The Signorelli Co.
The Pointe at Valley Ranch, at 20290 Park Lake View Drive in New Caney, features one-, two- and three-bedroom homes with upgraded appliances, private patios, covered breezeways and attached garages. Residents also have access to a 10-acre lake and lakefront resort-style pool with an outdoor kitchen and a fitness center.
"We wanted to offer more than just a convenient place to live,” The Signorelli Co. Vice President Kevin Layne said in the release. “We wanted to create a place which enriches the lives and lifestyle of our residents.”
Residential demand continues to increase in Northeast Houston, which is been driven by the expansion of the Grand Parkway, Layne said. Phase 1 of the property included building 336 of the 436 units. The next phase of The Pointe is planned to kick off by year-end.
The Signorelli Co. is in the planning and pre-development phase of the next several multifamily developments within Valley Ranch, a 1,400-acre master-planned community near the Grand Parkway and Highway 59. About 60% of the development will be a mix of retail, multifamily, office, healthcare and entertainment assets, and the rest will be single-family housing totaling about 2,000 residences, Bisnow previously reported.
