Texans Superstar JJ Watt Lists Houston Home
Coming off a Texans win, we'll take any excuse we can to write about JJ Watt. After signing a six-year, nine-figure contract, it's no surprise the superstar is putting his surprisingly affordable Pearland abode up for sale.
Watt purchased the 4,200 SF home in 2011 for about $400k. The four-bedroom, three-bathroom property is on a quarter-acre lot. It features a saltwater pool, a patio with pergola and an outdoor kitchen. For just $465k you can live in the same home and breathe the same air as JJ Watt. That's a deal.
No details have been released about his future plans, but if we know JJ (and trust us, we don't), his new domicile will be as humble, relatively speaking, as his last. JJ also has a cabin in Waukesha County, WI, which he refers to as "really minimalist," although that's taken some flak. [Chron]
