It’s a party every time Gerald Hines is in town (like Mick Jagger)—above, he’s surrounded by Colvill Office Properties’ Brad Beasley and Clark Thompson and Hines’ Travis Overall and Mason Miller at an event promoting San Felipe Place. That 167k SF Class-A boutique office tower is under construction in River Oaks. It’s slated to deliver in mid-2015.
