After Being Turned Over To Lender, Greenspoint Place Changes Hands Once Again
Northwestern Mutual is taking over the six-building Greenspoint Place complex, the former home to a big chunk of Exxon Mobil's operation. Transwestern will provide leasing services for the 2M SF campus, reports the Houston Chronicle. Hines, the previous owner in a partnership with General Motors Pension Fund, recently announced the property would be turned over to the lender. According to Transwestern EVP Michelle Wogan, the complex has 1M SF of available space. The complex is still recovering from Exxon's vacancy, which left it at 40% occupancy. [Chron]
