BP Doing Sale-Leaseback On Helios Plaza

Earlier this week, BP offered up the entire Westlake Four office tower on its Energy Corridor campus for sublease, and now BP is putting one of its other buildings on the selling block. Helios Plaza opened in 2010 and houses the company trading operations for gas, power and energy derivatives, reports the Houston Chronicle. BP plans to lease back the building after it sells. The company stated the sale has no impact on BP's commitment to Houston. [Chron]
