Sigma Cubed Stays Put
Sigma Cubed renewed 15k SF of office space at 4700 West Sam Houston Pkwy, where it’s been since 2011. Savills Studley managing director Valerie Dieterich (here with her husband, Tracy, in Napa) repped the tenant, which is energy-related. Valerie says the firm explored a number of options in the market but was able to secure what it really wanted—building signage—at its existing location. It also took advantage of the market becoming more tenant-friendly, securing flexible lease terms for future growth. Valerie says there's still movement in the market for small to midsized energy tenants like this one because they're more nimble. She says tenants just need to be more savvy about the market to navigate their options most beneficially. JLL’s Chris Dekker and Chrissy Wilson repped the landlord, Guggenheim Concourse.
