Stream Welcomes New Head Of Houston Property Management

Robert Nowak
Robert Nowak has joined Stream's Houston office as managing director of property management. Nowak will lead Stream Houston’s diverse property management portfolio of over 31M SF.
Nowak most recently served as managing director at JLL, where he oversaw client management and retention in capital markets, agency leasing, property management and project management for the western U.S. Prior to that, Nowak was chief operating officer for Means Knaus Partners, which was acquired by JLL in 2013.
Nowak holds a B.S. in political science from Arizona State University.
