CityCentre Welcomes 4 New Tenants
CityCentre, a mixed-use development by Midway, inked four new leases, including one sizable office lease, to start the fall season.
Lubbock-based City Bank is relocating its only Houston office to CityCentre next spring. The community bank will occupy half of a 15-story, Class-A office building. Midway didn't release the name of the building or size of this lease, but the description matches CityCentre 5, which is a 200K SF building.
“CityCentre will be a great fit for City Bank. It will offer convenience for our customers amidst one of the west side’s more sophisticated office environments,” City Bank Market President Phillip Glasson said.
Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, an upscale med spa, will open its first location in Houston this winter. The 2,542 SF facility will be near Chipotle and Sweet Paris.
The spa offers transformational and noninvasive services, such as laser treatments, facial treatments, hormone replacement, weight loss and injectables. Other treatments include Coolsculpting, body contouring and hair restoration.
Anthony Vince' Nail Spa will launch its first urban Houston location by early next year. The 3,500 SF salon will be situated between Hemline and King Ranch Saddle Shop.
A popular Rice Village women's boutique, Pomp & Circumstance, will open a 2K SF pop-up shop. It will occupy space between Madewell and Paper Source through the end of the year.
Thriving as a retail, office and residential destination, CityCentre has been celebrating a number of new tenants recently. Earlier this month, King Ranch Saddle Shop opened its first permanent urban location and Hopdoddy Burger Chain began serving customers Monday. Pepper Twins, a nationally recognized Chinese brand, will debut later this fall.
