An Argentinian private real estate holding company purchased Westgate Market for $25.1M. Faris Lee Investments' Nicholas Coo, Matthew Mousavi and Patrick Luther handled the sale of the West Houston shopping center, which includes three separate parcels over 8.7 acres along the Katy Freeway at the intersection of Foxlake Drive. It's anchored by a freestanding LA Fitness, and is 91% occupied with tenants like The Vitamin Shoppe, Massage Envy, Panera Bread and Applebee’s. The buyer repped itself.
