YogaWorks, one of the largest providers of high-quality yoga in the country, is expanding its U.S. presence through acquisitions. In Houston, YogaWorks purchased YogaOne's seven studios. In Atlanta, it is acquiring Infinity Yoga's four studios.

The deals mark YogaWorks' entry into both markets, bringing the company's portfolio to 66 locations across the nation.

YogaWorks will take over Infinity Yoga's four studios in Atlanta's Brookhaven, Buckhead, Dunwoody and Old Fourth Ward neighborhoods.

Its Houston locations will be in Midtown, Uptown, The Heights, Bellaire, Pearland, Kingwood and The Woodlands.

YogaWorks aims to continue operations and maintain the local community of each location. While YogaOne’s website and studio name will be rebranded to YogaWorks in the coming months, current teachers and staff will be retained and the studio's existing programming will continue.

YogaWorks, a publicly traded company, posted better-than-expected Q3 results.

"We have also made tremendous progress in our growth plan with the acquisition of an additional 13 studios in the fourth quarter to-date, bringing our total studio count to 66," YogaWorks CEO Rosanna McCollough said in the company's most recent Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
