Capital Senior Living Buys in Baytown

Capital Senior Living purchased Remington Park at Baytown, a 129-unit senior housing property. The independent and assisted living community is across the street from Houston Methodist San Jacinto Hospital and was expanded in '08. It's 95% occupied. HFF's Ryan Maconachy and Chad Lavender repped the seller.
