Quintin Primo III is co-founder, chairman and CEO of one of the largest African-American-owned real estate investment management firms in the country. The firm has more than $4B in assets under management, and was an early entrant into mezzanine funds, raising $115M in just one month in 2000.
Capri Global Capital was launched in 2013, in partnership with Money Matters Financial Services. It lends on and invests in commercial real estate projects around the world.
Primo is active in philanthropy, and is co-chairman of the Primo Center for Women and Children, which provides services for the homeless on Chicago’s West Side and evolved from The Urban Center, started by Primo’s father. — Scott Klocksin
