Stephen Ross is perhaps best known around the country as the owner of the NFL’s Miami Dolphins. But Ross’ Related Cos. controls some of the most famous real estate in the world.

Related is the driving force behind the $18B Hudson Yards development, a 28-acre urban development being built from scratch that’s starting to rise on Manhattan’s West Side, drawing some of the city’s biggest companies out of the traditional hotbed of Midtown. Related’s tentacles are spread across all major asset classes and many regions of the country.
