Segro's Airport Property Partnership JV Sells Gatwick International Distribution Centre

A 50-50 JV between Segro and Aviva Investors sold the Gatwick International Distribution Centre for £31M to Royal London Asset Management.
The 20k SF industrial estate contains 29 units constructed in the 1980s and generates about £1.4M in rent per year. Its occupancy rate is 95%.
GIDC is in Crawley, about two miles south of Gatwick Airport. The JV retains Gatwick Cargo Centre, the airport’s only on-airport cargo facility offering direct airside access.
