It Looks Like Whitechapel’s New 25-Storey Tower Is Going To Happen
Stockwool’s plans for a 25-storey tower in Whitechapel have been recommended for approval. The Raven Row project will be comprised of 564 flats in twin towers of 25 and 18 storeys, plus a separate eight-floor building and attached low-rise buildings that will contain 36k SF of offices, retail, dining options and a fitness centre.
To build the new development, a former Safestore laser tag gaming venue and Play On Sports, a multi-sports facility, will be demolished.
If all goes according to plan, the first phase will be delivered in 2018.
