Sheppard Robson's Crystal Design Approved For New Victoria Mixed-Use Project
Muse Developments and Network Rail got the green light for their £185M mixed-use development in New Victoria, Manchester. The master plan includes three new buildings adjacent to Manchester Victoria Station, which received a £44M refurbishment last year.
Architect firm Sheppard Robson’s design calls for a 150k SF office block and two residential towers of 20 and 25 storeys comprised of 520 one-, two- and three-bed apartments.
The bases of the buildings activate the development at street level, delivering 7k SF of retail and leisure space, whilst redefining the Corporation Street edge to reanimate and transform it into a vibrant and pedestrian-friendly space fronting the buildings.
