London's Iconic Admiralty Arch To Be Transformed Into Hotel
London’s iconic Admiralty Arch will soon be transformed into a 100-key hotel.
Rafael Serrano Queued, CEO of Prime Investors Capital, is renovating the 1910 monument to the British Navy and memorial to Queen Victoria that serves as a gatehouse to Buckingham Palace, and will convert it to a luxury hotel with a spa, private residences and a private member’s club, according to the Robb Report.
Prime Investors Capital will be putting four residences up for sale featuring 20-foot ceilings, Edwardian-era furnishings and original fireplaces. Residents will also have access to 24-hour concierge service and security team, valet parking and a lifetime membership to the private members’ club. If they're willing to shell out about £150M, that is.
Previous residents include Winston Churchill, Ian Fleming and Queen Elizabeth II.
