Sir David Chipperfield Will Build A Luxe Residential Development In Chelsea
A super-prime residential scheme was approved in Chelsea between Sloan Square and South Kensington tube stations. The kicker? It was designed by Sir David Chipperfield, according to The Pint of Milk Test.
Sir David’s other recently delivered projects include One Pancras Square (eight-story office building, 100% let) and One Kensington Gardens (97 luxury apartments). Elizabeth House, a £600M proposed mixed-use next to Waterloo Station, has received consent but hasn’t yet broken ground.
The new luxury development in Chelsea will require a demolition, then the erection of a new seven-story building that will feature 49 residential units, retail and leisure space.
