Breather And Colliers Team Up To Bring Flexible Meeting Space To London
Co-working space in London just got more competitive as US-based Breather has expanded to London, its first European market. The company has partnered with Colliers to add three new locations to its portfolio and plans to introduce more than 100 conference spaces in the coming months. The rapid expansion plan mimics its growth strategy throughout New York City, which opened over 100 new spaces within a year.
Breather provides flexibility for businesses that are experiencing shortcomings in their own office environments as rents in the London area continue to climb. Businesses looking to rent conference rooms by the day or hour can make a reservation through the company’s app and will be sent a key code to enter the space. Rooms can accommodate between six and 24 guests.
The three London locations are in the West End, Farringdon and Shoreditch, neighbourhoods where landlords are looking to add unique workspace amenities to their buildings to attract quality tenants. Breather is used by a diverse range of tenants, including creatives, tech companies, business travelers and remote workers.
The three new spaces are at 38 Roseberry Ave with 1,582 SF, 6-7 Hatton Garden with 802 SF, and 1-4 Dufferin St with 1,200 SF.
